I don't know a goddamn thing about Title IX other than to say she's retarded if she thinks she'd be a good class plaintiff.
For one thing, what class? Her claims are so freakish and bizarre as a claim of harm that they are unlikely to be shared by a class. A class must generally be injured in a similar enough way, nearly identical depending on how strict the pleading requirements are, that it makes sense to try as a class action.
She'd also need to find competent class counsel, which requires extensive experience in such suits, to get the case certified as a class action.
She can't even find some contingency schmo who specializes in shakedown suits for nuisance value.
