This looks fucking awful. And Renfeild gains super powers now when he eats bugs? WUT?
>directed and Produced by Chris McKay, known for Moral Orel, Robot Chicken, The Lego Batman Movie, and The Tomorrow War
>Written and Produced by Robert Kirkman, co-creator of The Walking Dead.
>Co Written by the guy who wrote for the good seasons of Rick and Morty

What bothers me the most is that I am really tired of Nic Cage right now so I have no interest in this

I think the idea they had was just to gay up Dracula. Which has already been done...

I recall something with "Count Fagula" who is defeated by a silver beaver around the 80s

Re-watching The Dorm That Dripped Blood. AKA Pranks. AKA Death Dorm. It's not very original but I like the low lighting and atmosphere. The deaths are especially nasty although not super gory aside from one or two. It has a streak of nastiness to it that culminates in one of the darkest endings in 80's slasher history. Originally I was indifferent to it but it's grown on me and I would recommend it.

Watched M3GAN last night, I would say it was alright I'd probably give it a 6.5/10. I was afraid some of the stuff we saw in the trailer might just turn it into a joke but the campy nature of it didn't detract too badly and I thought the child actress would suck that plays the niece, but she did okay as far as kids go. To be a first of the year horror movie, out of normal first of the year movies go it wasn't the worst, especially to be a horror movie fitted into that slot.

Looks good. The change of location was appreciated.
Yeah. It looks like we're still in Evil Dead 2013 seriousness, but they made the right move to add in a slightly campy edge, because The Evil Dead, including the first one, is built on campiness. You don't see this in the Red Band trailer as much as you do in the Green Band one, but yeah. I'm quite intrigued. Hopefully this will be better than the LAST time I went to the cinema to watch a horror film (Brightburn).

P.S. New Army of Darkness UK release WHEN, StudioCanal?

From an interview with the cinematographer of Frightmare/Horror Star: "we didn't do that much coke on the set". He didn't give any definite amount of grams per person per hour.

Slasher moment: had to stop and think which one about a dorm that was. Yeah, that's with Princess Vespa from Space Balls in a minor role (not to be confused with Initiation, where she stars), and THAT ending. But other than her and the ending I'm completely blanking.

I liked Dark Shadows. I'll admit I never saw the series.
Actual boomer family member of mine who grew up on the series loved that movie. Can't say if that's typical. (I haven't seen it)

Dark Shadows was a decent time waster. What mostly drew me in was the soundtrack collection and the 70s setting. I also like Johnny Depp as an actor though my favorite role of his is probably Donnie Brasco.

I'd recommend a re-watch.

It's happening. The kike bastard is finally doing the movie everyone has screamed at him to make.

The trailer is the best thing he has ever done, and I don't expect that to change.

What's more interesting to me in the article is that Tim Miller (the faggot who ruined Terminator with Dark Fate) is stepping in to "help" Roth with reshoots for the Borderlands movie. What in the fuck happened with that production that another director needs to come in? That's the same BS that happened with Justice League. I imagine Roth either directed Borderlands to get the financing/clout to make Thanksgiving or the experience was so horrible he was like "Fuck it. I am done making shit like this. I'll make the movie people have been telling me to make for the last 15 years."

Did hear the test screening were awful, which is the reason he was removed but could be bullshit. If the test screening were awful wonder if it's because he was too close to the awful borderlands writing.

I was really excited to see Roth was involved with the Borderlands movie but then I realized it's probably about the gay video game and not mexican cartels beheading people
