You are too reliant on tools but they cost shards so I didn’t use them much since if I lose it will go to waste I wish it had a different system
I found the solution to that - don't use tool at all, like a chad!
I cheated all the game and beat act 3 I hope they add a feature to replay the boss I didn’t have the patient to beat the game normally

I am amazed with how much shit is in this game. This might well take me two month to finish.

I got back into this game because of the sequel and my fucking god I forgot how hard it is. Thanks to being locked on a 2D plain it's harder than dark souls games IMO.
I can see how that is a valid view, but I find 2D games to be easier than 3D ones. It mainly has to with in a 2D game you have total view of what's going on, but because of the 3D camera it's easier to lose track of elements you need to watch out for with the added complexity of managing where you're looking. I guess it kind of depends on what you're more used to, I like mastering all the bosses hit-less in Hollow Knight (and hopefully they'll add that mode to Silksong before too long) but I don't think I'd have the patience to do so in Elden Ring for instance.

Tried Elden and while fun for its own reasons (felt like new Zelda on grim dark+extreme difficulty) I prefer my super difficult game bullies to be pixelated or hand drawn when they hurt my feelings lol

I did watch my wife play Lies of P tho and that game looked very fun for the aesthetic and lore drip alone.

2D is absolutely easier.
I beat the flea dodge with peripheral vision by looking direct at the center of the screen and not needing to worry about my view direction at all.

I'm at the point of fighting and silksnaring GSM, but I have plans to finish Sands before I open the can of worms. I've been avoiding spoilers for the most part, but I did read that act 2 missed bosses get buffed and know there is a sassy (lost) child fight... yet again.

-I can't imagine having to fight some of those fuckers twice as long, though. Wow. ):

I think it's interesting how everyone is talking about Silksong's difficulty. I thought Hollow Knight already had a reputation as a really difficult game.
The DLCs (especially Godmaster) were decently difficult (whereas the base game was quite easy). Silksong is comparable to that level of difficulty throughout its full runtime. If you played through the DLC content you shouldn’t have been overwhelmed by Silksong’s difficulty but many didn’t (let alone all the people who didn’t even play the OG at all before starting Silksong).

Yeah it sits right between a tiny bit of late base game things (with DLCs I guess) and Godhome. I found Silksong to be about perfect in difficulty, while Godhome was still rough after just finishing it, so I guess that's the exception. The rest of HK I could have played with my toes, it's easy as fuck. Maybe I'd switch to my human hands for Radiance.

It would be a lie for me to say that I didn't found Godmaster difficult.
Its issue for me is less about the fact that its difficult and more that its tedious at times.
Don't get me wrong, I like the hall of gods and Pale lurker, just like I love the first 4 pantheons, but pantheon of hallownest is something I was not excited to play.
Most bosses are piss baby easy and feels less like a real battle and more as a wate of time and if people loves to say Groal's runback is evil for forcing you through Bilewater and an enemy gauntlet, Absolute radiance has a 40 minutes long runback that includes a retard chokehold of fighting Markoth, Gray prince zote and failed champion back to back near the end. All of that for a true final boss that isn't even that much fun to fight due to those bullshit orbs being the second worst bullet i've seen in a videogame after the cheeto lasers from touhou 5.
This comes from a person that has obtained both weathered mask and the stupid radiant statue.

Managed to escape the abyss on the fourth attempt and after the stupid difficult parkour I had to take a moment to sit there like "bro." -Talk about an appropriately intense cut scene, holy shit.

Now trying to satisfy my autistic need to explore the map, I've found The path of Pain to the last "town" area of the game. It bad guys, I'm going to take a break from it for flea shenanigans.🫠

Plasmium overdose for this area if you are like me and shit at platforming. The area is short and mostly relies one one technique, the suffering comes from the enviroment damage and struggle to heal. It'll make it far more forgiving. I recommend druid eyes and weavelight for the section with platform enemies so you can clawline a bunch. You hardly need to pogo, so the architect crest is nothing to worry about. The drill solves that too!
