Do not EVEN JOKE about this. :jaceknife: But seriously can you imagine you are right? That would be retarded. Where are the fucking clues??? Is there ANY indication SHIT-fty is an overlord? She doesn't even get screentime!
nifty helps charlie with the big gun in the final song. Other non-overlord characters didnt. So something is special about her. Cherry bomb and angel sat by and watched. Vaggie sat by and didnt help. It was only overlords/former overlords, charlie, and emily.

Or is there something else here im not seeing?

nifty helps.webp

More than half of what was in the pilot is probably no longer canon, probably because more than half of what made the pilot good in the first place was done by people other than Vivzie.
Yeah, I get that, but Viv states multiple times that the pilot is still canon and be liking tweets about how characters in the series aren't different from the pilot. If that's the case, why not have the pilot be part of the show? She mentions not wanting to remake it because she only had 8 episodes, but I doubt A24 would've deducted an episode had she use the pilot instead since they weren't involved making it, assuming they were the ones who asked Viv about how she wanted to handle the pilot, let alone if this was asked before giving her the 8 episode count.

Most of my intrigue with this franchise stems from its behind the scenes production, especially with Hazbin. Viv clearly intended on having Hazbin's pilot been its first episode, and while I did recall her mentioning giving everyone slight redesigns, I figured it would minor things like Husk's wings, or how Charlie's hair was altered in Addict. The question comes from how much of Hazbin's lore was changed because of Helluva Boss or at least when it was decided to change. For instance, there was a random poster in the background of the YouTube version of Spring Broken, but the Amazon version replaces the poster with one that says "Exorcist Free Zone".

Rewatching Episode 7 to where Vox explains to Lucifer that his trap was built by Carmilla to which Lucifer replies he doesn't know who she is. Weren't they together at the beginning of the pilot?

Viv claimed that the reason why Katie introduces herself to Charlie despite the pilot being "spiritually Canon" is that it's probably in character for Katie to be forgetful, which I had a feeling was going to be her explanation regarding that. But what's going to be her explanation regarding Carmilla? Even though she was only in the pilot for like two seconds, those two seconds surprisingly don't align with how her character is presented in the show.
The entire character of Lucifer was certainly going to be radically different, while he was probably always meant to be pretty silly (Viv said from the start her dream VA for him was Weird Al and one of his songs was even used for the audition sheet), him being in a meeting with several Overlords and how pilot Charlie says "Maybe dad was right about me." right after she becomes a laughing stock thanks to the Killjoy interview strongly implies he is both at least somewhat active in leading Hell (I remember thinking back then he ruled mainly through the Overlords, he'd allow them to gain significant power and mostly be in charge of their own little slices, but they needed to very clearly toe the line and he'd give direct orders occasionally), and he was more active in Charlie's personal life and very disproving of her demeanor, that and the whole "Don't take shit from other demons" thing he told Charlie in the pilot era.

I watched Hazbin S2 last night on my second monitor while gaming and I'm gonna be honest, I think Helluva Boss is cringe, I thought Hazbin S1 had the outline of a decent plot that was executed poorly with not a single song I enjoyed despite enjoying musicals but this 2nd season I actually really liked. Does anybody feel the same or should I visit the doctor for brain damage?
The show is far more palatable when side watched while doing something else like ironing or dish washing imo
It hit my telenovela " *gasp* oh no she didn't " spot each time they're doing something stupid, then the real treats start with people's creating cool stuff like here.

I have been seeing this and I actually want to make art of this. Akin to the Viv having a meltdown as ChrisChan.

Vox telling them to take down the videos of him destroying Pentagram City as Valentino Velvette are angry with him. And Valentino comes in as his dad.

"Vox, do you realize? Do you realize?! That we can lose our overlord status and lose everything?!"

"You better get that off the hell Internet or I'll have to pole dance up there myself and shoot it down!"

"I'll send in Pentious, I'll send in AngelDust, I'll use Lucifer. I'll send ANYTHING IN MY POWER!"

So does that mean Alastor is his Clyde Cash
Double post:

He'd be Liquid Chris because they look the fucking same.

Clyde Cash would be Lucifer.

I like how during the brief Lute and Vaggie fight during Hear My Hope, Vaggie is knocked down and is about two seconds away from being decapitated, and the only one who even notices in the background is Charlie. Something about Angel, Cherri, and Baxter not doing anything about the overloading weapon while also not paying any attention at all to the fight is hilarious to me.

You know the Vox and Chris Chan comparisons make more sense when you consider Vox lost because he basically did this with Charlie

That reminds me, given Vox is a canonically shit artist and has a massive hate boner for Alastor, you just know he's made something that gives ShecameforCWC a run for its money.

Someone PLEASE draw Vox and Alastor in She came for CwC in that awful artstyle. That would be the funniest thing this fandom could produce. Vox giving a thumbs up as hes fingering Alastors ass.

One thing I wonder about is...why was Val the one to become the new face of Voxtek? Wouldn't it have made more sense to give that to Velvette? She is the smarter one of the two. And she is the social media overlord, so her work is the closest to that of what Vox did. And it would prove more of her claim of "being the backbone of the Vees" back in season 1.

Oh wait, I forgot. She's a lesbian woman and Val is man who engages in gay shit, so of course he would be in the forefront. I should have remembered that, with this being a Vivziepop show and all.

Yeah we did in episode 3. Vox confirmed it and forced it out of Angel Dust because Charlie wouldn't stop pushing Angel to talk about why he thinks he's in hell.
Unlike some of the developments, it actually makes sense and goes with the character. AD so clearly has severe daddy issues.

There's an animatic out there of AD doing standup where he nearly bursts into tears over his dad loving his brother instead of him (while they're both in the audience heckling him).
