Charlie: Almost completely correct, this season was easily the dumbest she's ever been, only thing wrong is Alastor's deal got used.
Vaggie: Mostly correct, the writers do try to give Vaggie her own in standing up to Charlie's stupidity and choosing her own name, but the latter is forgotten about after the first episode until the very end and she's still named after vagina, also Vox doesn't once use her being a former exorcist as part of his smear campaign despite it implicitly being public knowledge, so that's a missed opportunity to make her past actually fucking matter.
Alastor: Entirely wrong, sure he gets humiliated by Rosie, but everything after that is entire according to his plan to get out of his deal with Rosie, which he also uses his deal with Charlie to accomplish, and he even blackmails Rosie/Lilith to get his staff fixed to get back to full power, so he unquestionably is one of the characters who comes out on top this season.
Angel: Totally correct and I don't even need to explain why, it's also funny I posted this right before the Blake Roman outright told an interviewer his entire arc this season.
Pentious: Wrong, while he is miserable early in the season which we already knew thanks to leaks, he seems happier in second half of it, and he doesn't go back to Hell. I'm also guessing through how they need to show Pentious on television instead of just bringing him to Hell and how Emily is being used as a courier between him and Cherri that he's physically unable to leave Heaven.
Lucifer: Mostly wrong, like the explanation or not they did give a reason why he can't mess with Vox, and his plan to do so would have most likely worked if Angel Dust wasn't a spy, plus he wasn't injured. He does act like a retard though and the reveal of him being unable to harm Sinners is definitely them trying to limit his power so he isn't an 'I win' button like he was in S1.
Husk: Mostly wrong, I thought he'd get a bit more backstory once the episode descriptions were leaked that mentioned him "falling back into his old vices", and while he does get Angel out of his hypnotism, it's by punching him in the face and the thought of getting through to him through words is actually mocked by Cherri. But I was correct on Husk x Angel not being made official despite it being obvious it's heading that way.
Niffty: So-so, most of her relationship with Baxter outside of the finale is short background shots, she did get a decent song and I guess her own friendship beam during the ending confirms she was an Overlord, overall she shows up more often but still mainly used purely as comedic relief rather than being a proper character.
Cherri: Completely right, I can't think of one substantial scene she plays a major role in that doesn't mostly concern Pentious or Angel.
Baxter: Wrong, I thought he was going to be a spy for Vox, and what I did get right was him working at Voxtek and having a past with Pentious but that was basically confirmed even outside of any leaks.
The Vees: So-so, all three survive even though there's no explanation given to why Lucifer and Heaven would let them off the hook, Velvette gets more screentime than I was expecting but still underdeveloped in comparison in Vox and Val.
Lute: Completely right, needless to say you could write her out of the season, and nothing will change besides missing setup of her being a future antagonist. She's basically how Vox was in S1. Gravity still slaps though.
Heaven: Fairly correct, not saying completely accurate since this one was pretty vague, and I gave two outcomes, but at the end they don't really give a shit the Sinners almost started a war.
Lilith/Eve: Dead on, it ended on another tease.
