the difference is, you probably also taught your dogs to not pull on their leash and praised them when they behaved correctly. Hasan doesn't strike me as someone who praises or encourages their dogs for positive or correct reactions to training. I can accept that different training tools can be used without them being abusive, I don't inherently see prong collars as something negative unlike shock collars because the dog is "in control", the key issue is that the handler is aware of when their tools are used improperly.

I’m not disagreeing with your premise but my main concern was the poor dog, since nothing can legally be done, the outcome would appear to be poor for her, depending on how the Turk reacts as time goes on.

True she’s just one dog, compared to the hundreds of dogs and roosters pitted to fight to the death, but I can’t help but feel for her anyway, as I’m sure all of us do

Yeah I agree. But in the scheme of things in modern society, forcing a dog to stay in one spot and using a shock collar just isn't as important to law enforcement as stopping Mexicans from making roosters and dogs maul each other to death. Even if there were an investigation, I doubt anything would happen. It's not like the dog is being starved and beaten—or sexually assaulted—as far as we know. What Hasan is doing is absolutely dog abuse, but it's just not enough for any enforcement to occur.

I'm not defending Hasan at all. I wish he'd get tased on camera and hope he never lives down his reputation of being a dog abuser. I just think nothing will legally happen to him.
 
You know at this point, I feel like hasan could get away with anything, and the only people that would get upset are the people who hate hasan. He could buy as many animals as he could and do lots of sick and twisted things to them, shoot them, burn them, blow them up. He could drive a fucking box van rigged to the teeth with high class explosives then crash into a church, a school, or a police station, blow it to kingdom come, and any survivors he finds, he'll pick out. He could livestream all that, but if anyone posts something about the atrocities he could do, its bad faith or its taken out of context. He'll get a slap on the wrist from twitch and it would all go away (minus the discourse about it, but he would get away with it.) He gets away with everything and other than people who dickride him into the sun. God, that poor dog looks miserable. I don’t want to power level but I’ve taken many photos of dogs in my life and this photo tells me a lot. Honestly, how often do you see photos of dogs with their owners or even just chilling and they don’t look happy or goofy as hell? Or at minimum, relaxed? This dog looks like it would neck itself if she could. Terrible.

Eta: I am very upset this innocent animal got stuck with that absolute piece of shit but here’s the silver lining, she helped out his rotten ass to the masses. God bless her.

The saddest thing is this usually carries over to their next owner

My aunt had a Pomeranian that she loved on and adored, and my uncle is the chilliest dude and loved her too. Unfortunately the dog was viciously kicked by her previous male owner constantly to the point that she would instinctively bite at any male human that got too close. He kicked her so hard into walls she broke ribs at one point. Near the end of her life she finally allowed men to pet her. It took that long.

It won’t be as severe but if Kaya ever gets re-adopted, her owner is going to be concerned and confused why their new dog flinches everytime she starts moving from a couch or bed

Except instead of actually sending Kaya somewhere good he'd probably just have her put down to get revenge on her for embarrassing him by daring to step off her torture bed and then yelping when he shocked her for it.

This would only work if he sent her to some actually human streamer (if such a thing exists) who would allow her to roam freely and appear occasionally on stream while not being tortured.

I could at least respect it if that was his actual views, but judging from the fact that his uncle is Chunk Yogurt of The Young Turks (another Arab who changes his political stance to follow the money), I knew that the cracks in his image was going to happen eventually, especially when he WILLINGLY puts himself in front of a camera for up to 10 HOURS a day. I just did not expect it to happen because he can't even treat his FUCKING PETS with the minimum amount of care and decency.

I had a cat like that that was abandoned as an adult and was a complete nervous wreck. He could cringe when you tried to pet him and it was obvious he was afraid of being hit. After a couple years you could pet him if you chucked him under the chin while petting him on the top of the head and he would purr loudly. I hate whoever did that to that cat.

Is this confirmed from the prong collar? Not denying that it’s from some type of collar, just that shock collars can also cause pressure necrosis if Hasan ever used one on Fish (which means it could also be developing in Kaya, especially under her thick fur). Either way, it’s horrible

I have always hated Chunk even when I was totally on the libtard train. He just so obviously picked whatever opinion was most convenient for the day with utter disregard for whatever so-called "principles" he had claimed the day before. That was when he was on Air America Radio, a short-lived attempt to establish a left-wing talk radio outlet to compete with the likes of Rush Limbaugh.
