Apparently, it was supposed to be announced during this year's Game Awards, but it was pulled for unknown reasons.
My bet is that it was either actually cancelled like what was rumored back in November or it was pulled because Rockstar is still waiting for its current fiasco to blow over before announcing it.

Ever since playing Garry's Mod I have a fond love for NPC Battles. Its like the equivalent of virtual Tabletop Gaming where you can spawn certain NPCs to fight to the death, much like how W40K Tabletop you can have a certain army versus this other faction or whatever, except its 3d and dynamic.

Looks like I made the right choice by leaving Rockstar Launcher uninstalled...
they tried making a joke ontop of a joke.
went well as farting when you have diarrhea.
oh and this update screams content filler out of desperation, all the new "designer" clothing items is just rehashed shit, fucking hell.
funny thing is that my 1st character was unable to get the introduction cinematic after buying the agency office thing, i had to load my 2nd character, buy an agency building through there so i could get the stupid cinematic...

This is truly , the most half assed attempt at a "roast" i've seen , the original roast was quick and simple and didnt linger on the ending for too long , this one is at least 10 seconds longer than it has any right to be.
I just did that mission for DrDre.
it's fucking galling, tail some niggers, ram their car then follow one of them to the pier to hit them with the golf club until you've hit him enough, you get 8000 GTA$ for that and during the tail part which is after you ram one of the carts enough your cart gets a speed cap so you have to slowly go to the pier, not to mention the AI of one of the golf cart drivers did glitch when making a turn and he got on a shrubbery for solid 6 seconds until he unstuck himself.
oh and doing the public solo on pc still works.
also they've changed all blip colors to standard gold yellow, gerald's mission corona was changed from the middle of the building to the front...
contract missions also have a cooldown timer... fucking hell.
at least you can pet chop.

at least you don't have to do that hexadecimal game shit.
oh and you can't deliver the hard drive through the roof of your building for some reason, the cops spawn at the fib roof to camp and kill you in case you wish to get the heli back.
you need to go through the street floor to deliver the stupid hard drive.
if this isn't some rushed shit, i don't know what it is because if it was lazy, the corona on the rooftop wouldn't work but would be visible, because even on the whole phone tracking part it's the same thing, always deliver via the ground level, roof is out of question, then you need to do another contract shit with the reskinned terminators that can take a exploding bullet to the face while wearing a jeans jacket or a military body armor, they are one and the same and you'll need to waste 60 bullets or three headshots on one, it's good because the no-death autists will surely seethe even though they know R* don't want to touch the AI at all, my gripe with it is that single player mode AI is like that, you still can't drop officers from the helis because they'll do a air jump and negate fall damage, thanks alot online.
oh and an extra note: on the contract page my frames literally drop whenever i try to move the mouse, this is some terrible optimization because it's the same Securoserv page shit yet i get freezes when viewing contracts, wtf rockstar?
another note: the game doesn't tell you that you can disable the air defenses on the yacht pic thingy, it just tells you to leave.
