I can't think of anything less enticing than a game where we play as a genuine Mary Sue whose good at everything, strong as Thor, and smug as fuck going by the few interactions we have with her in Ragnarok. This was always the endgoal though, they clearly made Faye this "badass" in Ragnarok to justifiy giving her a spinoff.

I can buy a couple people in the GoW universe being able to rival Thor, maybe even Odin since it was mentioned by Mimir in a few stories. It was almost always Jotunn people too if I remember correctly. The thing that makes me laugh is Kratos saying she fought him to a stalemate, when he was in his "Greek rage" mindset. The guy who leveled the main players of the Greek pantheon from Thanatos, the Sisters of Fate, Poseidon, Cronos, Hades etc is matched by some relatively no-name giant woman with no divine strength or external powers and origins, just a magic axe. The guy who made Thor run with one punch during a brief surge in rage. Either Kratos is bullshitting or they just really feel the need to hype up Fae who is manipulative and set alot of things in motion that made her family feel used or downright deceived. At least Kratos' did cool shit onscreen and had an arc, but everyone props her up as this unparalleled juggernaut of strength and moral compass...when she isn't.

Leaving them in is almost worse than removing them, as we know there's a zero percent chance this isn't going to be twisted into some kind of humiliation ritual for Kratos. The fact they are more concerned with wahminz fee fees than they are about the quality of the game or appealing to their straight male customers speaks volumes about the development team being given leave to bastardize and propagandize three classic games. Maybe @Crypt Kicker is right and they will make Kratos the fucked rather than the fucker.

The women in those minigames either will be made ugly or replaced by men.
