I watched the "Dear World" thing. I wonder if the words covering the screen are meant to distract viewers from her constant nervous tic of doing those flighty little hand gestures. If so, it really didn't work.

I heard less of her parents' accent in the "Goldilocks" thing (psst, "never mind" is two words, and it's "corrupt" with an O), and more of a stereotypical rapper vocal tic -- putting a glottal stop where other accents would pronounce the T in the middle of words like "hatin'." That's annoying too.

I don't see this rap career heading for any kind of glorious, white-tongued grind against Robin Thicke in the middle of a bunch of Pedobears. Ah well.

You know, I do think her speaking voice is kind of interesting. I heard that she sort of picked up her parent's accents and that is why she speaks the way she does. It makes for awful rapping though.

There is a girl at my college that is like Gloria to a slightly lesser extent (isn't writing a book and can actually sing). She's a preacher's daughter who puts on a "holier-than-thou" religious facade but is known to be a major hypocrite, party girl, and sex addict when she thinks no one is watching. She, like Gloria also is an egotistical snob. Needless to say she has few real friends and a lot of enemies, who she just shrugs off as "haters".

I'm willing to bet it. If that's really the case, it's gonna wind up with her playing as everyone and writing/directing/etc everything. And it will suck more than a black hole.

I hope the recent firings don't derail her cinematic masterpiece. Also, just saw that there's a 13 minute trailer for that shit on some zilch actor guy's youtube page (Darin Ferraro). And oh does it hurt.

The movie trailer on the other hand I just can't say other than why one of the two guys has what looks like a katana. Did a Japanese samurai, a katana swinging weeaboo, or flea market katana holding brony stumble into Maradonia some how and became the victim to one of the two guys?
 
watched the 13m trailer.

gloria seemed slow-motion during her monolog about how they needed money, and was a bit unnerving.

the villain at the end is so stupid i kinda like him. *yawn*

That wasn't even in the original book. She "fixed" a few things and then added the 9/11 bit for the ebook.
 
I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt about the 9/11 thing...
