Except the biggest mistake you can make when dealing with these people is for a moment believing that they have an actual counter ideology, something they actually believe in. They don't WANT to appeal because doing so means they stand to lose even more money than pulling ad revenue has already done; they don't stand for anything that has room for appeal when their entire tactic is simply co opting whatever they think the next trend is, make non existent shit to bitch about, and use that to spin up a profit. The real enemy knows EXACTLY what it's doing, whether or not these Tumblrinas and sub-males are too stupid to see they're being used or they're well in on the buck they can make over it.

Contrast this with GG; people who have a hobby they love and would rather not see it changed and slandered for absolutely no reason by people who aren't themselves actually going to do anything to improve conditions in a logical manner.

Maybe she was hacked again and that's why she's harassing people not even involved with the current target of her anger? It looks like was able to get internet access in her secret safe-house bunker provided by Dick Cheney, so that's good at least.

I have IRC'd with julian. I don't approve of everything he does but he was relatively mature and is pretty well entrenched in nerd culture and probably has a good feel for how sexism manifests in the scene, the manipulations of scene whores, and dork drama in general unfolds in those sorts of communities. He really is a nerd.
