Wow sky F1 commentators are such ridiculous passes they're apologising for if anyone was offended by Bottas flipping the bird. The statement should be "and if you're offended by that grow the fuck up or piss off to Disney+ you fucking pussies."

This race is a mess, but in a good way tbh. Once more something new tracks simply can't offer.

I can't wait for the day Mazepin yeets Hamilton. I don't care how it happens but that will be a glorious day for the Reddit salt harvest. Even more so if its actually Hamilton's fault.

It's amazing how much luck Hamilton gets. Sticks it in the wall and takes ages to get it out ending up a lap down. Just as that happens another 2 cars have a huge incident bringing out the reds letting him make up the lap, compress the field and repair all the damage for free.

And the 2 cars in question are his teammate and the guy said to be his teammate or replacement in the future.

Not saying this is a Singapore 2008 situation, but this is an absurd amount of luck one driver can have.

In cases like this, repairs made to the car should translate into being set back a few places. Hamilton ruined his front wing and suffered virtually no penalty from it.

It's also ridiculous to see how the Merc can drive literal circles around every other car.

gg Max.

I'm stoked that Lando got a podium, and he did well to hold off Hambone for as long as he did (especially on shagged tyres).

Mazepin doing his thing once more.

I guess they cut Hamilton some slack on the "reversing onto the lane" thing, since trying to switch into first gear would have made him dig in his wheels... but still, this is some santa clause bullshit, to allow him to repair his car for free. Now Vettel retired in the last lap.

Norris is definitely a star of the future. He outclassed Ricciardo in this race once they swapped he took off. He held Hamilton for a few laps whereas the ferrari just got blasted past.

They cut him slack because he's Liberty's golden boy. If say, Ocon did that exact same shit he would get a sternly worded letter from the stewards.

It could have been a more crazy race but enough happened to make it fairly enjoyable. Still though we haven't had a truly straightforward race under the usual race conditions. What will the status quo be like then?

Let's see how the Indy race goes. Ericsson in P6, Romain P7. The field is much tighter in Indy, so should be a good race too!
