FIA mandating the maximum laps each set of tires can do is as stupid as NASCAR doing stage racing.

Little lewlew is renowned getting on with competitive team mates of course. Some healthy competition going on at Mercedes, I'm sure the atmosphere is pretty good there.
The podium trio's behavior in the Cooldown Room says it all, they were all pretty much dead after the race. And Sargeant asked to retire due to the strain. Fucking tracks in desert shitholes.
They said it's six weeks later next year.Haven't looked at the schedule but that'd allow twinning with Abu Dhabi and prevent a flyaway for the trucks. That's how you reduce carbon, y'dinks. The podium trio's behavior in the Cooldown Room says it all, they were all pretty much dead after the race.
Can't they organize these races to take place in lower temperatures? I don't know the logistics but Lusail could be the opening race of the season for instance.
Dunno I think there were some serious issues with this race. Albon needed to be helped out of his car, Ocon had actually been sick a couple of times, Stoll had to be taken to the medical center from passing out following the race, and several drivers said they had times they fell like they were passing out during the race. No part of that was safe and especially hard on driver's health.Sargeant... just give up my man.
Not to mention Piastri laid out in the cooldown room. Yeah, I looked it up it was 90 (32C) or more there. No sun, but still, those cars aren't made for that heat.Dunno I think there were some serious issues with this race. The FIA will say its too dangerous when a rain drop falls within 3 miles of the track but then this is allowed to go ahead.
It's not just the air temperature. I've done many construction projects in the region. The humidity is extremely bad and the air quality is on par some of the worse parts of China. Not to mention Piastri laid out in the cooldown room. Yeah, I looked it up it was 90 (32C) or more there. You know it's hot when Australians struggle with the heat. Not to mention Piastri laid out in the cooldown room.
Or Floridians in the case of Sergeant. You know it's hot when Australians struggle with the heat.
9, it was a 10 year contract 2023-2032. An extremely long contract by F1 standards. It was the price they paid for being able to use the circuit during the pandemic when the Qatari's knew they held all the cards (plus were fresh off bribing FIFA and the FOM wanted in).how many more years on the Lusail contract?
That's even worse. At least the humid parts of Australia are nowhere nearly as hot as the dry parts, whereas with Florida you have both. I can't shit on Sergeant too hard for retiring from the race.Or Floridians in the case of Sergeant.
