I guess this means Liberty will have the final say as to who gets an invite into the F1 paddock. The FIA noted that F1’s commercial rights holder, Liberty Media, “may also impose additional selection criteria/conditions (to be advised separately during the application process).” F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali has previously indicated his resistance to expanding the grid beyond its current 10 teams.
The problem for Ferrari last year wasn't the lack of pace in their design, it was them finding a way to grasp defeat from the jaws of victory with alarming consistency. It makes sense for them to stick to a car concept that worked last year and focus on ensuring it evolves correctly without exploding half the time they get close to a win. Also interesting to note if I have it right: Ferrari seems to be the only team so far that goes with a different sidepod design. the rest seems to go with a smooth and hard at the end falling sidepod but Ferrari still uses their "pool" design. And Alpine also hasn't shown their car yet (presentation is due on Thursday)
True. Though part of that was by their own design as they had overreved their engine with the caveat to make it reliable later. As they say "It's easier to make a fast engine reliable then a reliable engine fast" Also I just read that Ferrari seems to have reused a lot of part from last year as a concession to the Budget cap. Good thing their car was good last year. I just hope they have finally found the solution to combat the tyre graining. Haas uses the "bathtub" sidepods too. But they're the Ferrari B-team anyways.Ferrari seems to be the only team so far that goes with a different sidepod design
You mean like this?Hopefully they remember that cars have 4 tires as well
That green on the wheels and for Russell's numbers is rough, they should've stuck with the crimsonView attachment 4538818
Merc's gone on a diet, I swear over 2/3rds is bare carbon fibre. Looks nicer than last year with the bigger side pods which don't look like melted plastic and less bare floor showing.
Hopefully the gay ass wings disappear in the future, yes I know they're part of the crash structure...

I think most Teams had to redo their floor thanks to the new rules set by the FIA. Though seeing how most teams copied the Red Bull sidepod I suspoect they also tried to copy the Red Bull floor look. Though without Newey to explain how that works this might be a subpar solutionI see Merc is still slim podding.
I like that Ferrari is sticking to the grooved pods + shark gills. I loved the look of those.
What I'm really waiting for are when the cars get hoisted up. Is everyone still on the simple looking floor or did everyone go for the super complex Red Bull solution.
So Black Lives Matter again?View attachment 4538818

The W14 being black is more of a weight saving thing I suppose, Black Lives Matter isn't as relevant as it was in 2020 and 2021.So Black Lives Matter again?![]()
Aren't those hoodlums along with their buddies, the antifa(ggots) trotted out as POTUS election approaches? That's next year, so I expect some black guy's neck is about to get knelt on again. The W14 being black is more of a weight saving thing I suppose, Black Lives Matter isn't as relevant as it was in 2020 and 2021.
