I dunno why, but Checo winning always fills me with a sort of pure joy that isn't at anyone's expense.

He's a driver in the upper echelons of talent but simply unable to string convincing victories together since he just doesn't have that extra bit of pace needed to fight for the championship. He's a Fisichella or Bottas or Frentzen in that respect; capable of winning in the right machinery, but won't in anything short of the best.I dunno why, but Checo winning always fills me with a sort of pure joy isn't in anyone's expense.
The prospect of exiting a race as a result of contact by Latifi is mentioned in the same resigned manner that a medieval shepherd might reserve for describing the prospect of wolf attacks on their flock: An unavoidable force of nature.A funny sidenote: before the Singapore race Alfa boss Vasseur said in regards to the relaibility of Alfa: "Sometimes we have technical issues sometimes we have engine issues and sometimes we get taken out by Latifi" The guy is a prophet
Really, it's a sign that Zhou is still an obvious rookie in F1, since he forgot the most obvious rule. The prospect of exiting a race as a result of contact by Latifi is mentioned in the same resigned manner that a medieval shepherd might reserve for describing the prospect of wolf attacks on their flock: An unavoidable force of nature.

It's weird, but I have a feeling I'll miss Latifi next year. His presence gives races that possibility of an "act of God" clause we usually see in contracts and EULAs. We never know when an "act of Latifi" will turn a race on its head. The prospect of exiting a race as a result of contact by Latifi is mentioned in the same resigned manner that a medieval shepherd might reserve for describing the prospect of wolf attacks on their flock: An unavoidable force of nature.
Ricciardo is also in this category. The other thing that Checo and Ricciardo have in common is that they're both so damn likable. He's a driver in the upper echelons of talent but simply unable to string convincing victories together since he just doesn't have that extra bit of pace needed to fight for the championship. Hopefully Stroll will step up and fill the void. It's weird, but I have a feeling I'll miss Latifi next year. His presence gives races that possibility of an "act of God" clause we usually see in contracts and EULAs. We never know when an "act of Latifi" will turn a race on its head.
I will laugh myself to death if it turns out to be Merc that's over. I will derive a year's worth of joy from watching Toto Wolff eat shit live and in public.Oh look now rumor is RBR is absolutely fine on spending (or at least not massively over). We'll find out tomorrow.

I hope they're under to close off the bloois fans cope and to see Toto have to eat shit over his saber rattling.
I'm already seeing bloois fan boys crying conspiracy over the new rumour that RBR aren't over. That the FIA and RBR are working together to cheat their favourite darky and win back the audience the merc dominance drove away.
