and Max didn't handily beat McLaren when he god damn should have
WTF am I reading. That McLaren is one of the quickest cars ever made, if it doesn't give the impression of being at the level of peak Mercedes is because Max was there. Max on that McLaren would've sealed the championship long ago.

McLaren: absolute fucking rocketship, Max would repeat his 2023 stunt if he drove this. Having said that, papaya rules are repulsive, corpo image is haram and zak brown is fat and I wouldn't have sex with him.
Mercedes:
<does nothing
<p2

Ferrari: fucking awful. This car was really shit this year, way worse than 2024 one. Towards the end, it really felt like a new F14T. It killed Hamilton's career.. Leclerc will fuck off after 2026. There are rumors some staff walked away. Elkann is a gay nigger faggot.
Red Bull: trash. Max showed this year an incredible resilience and talent. The second seat debacle is still there, though, with Hadjar ready to be BTFO'd. Especially since Ford engine will suck, Max being especially critical of 2026 regulations and staff fucking off.
WIlliams: they made a huge progress this and last year. From a laughing stock and moving chicanes to podiums. Hiring Sainz was the brilliant decision. If only the car livery didn't look like ass
Aston Martin - I appreciate the copium that Alonso will fight for championship, but both drivers were transparent this season. Alonso showed some impressive results towards the end, Spazzy improved... to P10 and P16, respectively. In the end, one is 45 year old and other is retarded and Canadian. Make the nepo baby a CEO of some gay AI startup and bring Max into the team. And fire the Mike Asscrack, if you haven't already.
Minardi Scuderia Toro Rosso Alfa Tauri Racing (Black) BVLLS Visa Cash App: Lawson, however overrated, was often ahead Tsunoda. And Hadjar is the new star. It's hard to not like this guy, wishing him the least Q1 eliminations in 2026.
Haas: they also made a decent progress, though due to Bearman. French cousin of Stroll can go fuck himself. Inshallah by 2027 we will have a brand new Haas Toyota Gazoo F1 Team.
Sauber: Hulk did it. That's all that needs to be told. With Audi cash, it can be a surprise.
Alpine:
hope the Mercedes factory reject engines ill be worth pissing frogs off and losing your legacy.

I don't get it why even Alpine is even on the grid if they aren't being a manufacturer team. I suppose it's profitable but who is going to buy an Alpine car as I associate it with backmarker losers who don't have the excuse of HAAS who didn't have the money the big boys did.

I don’t get why everyone is so quick to crown one engine while saying another is going to suck. Especially since it is based on nothing but journoscum "I heard..."

The ICE part is the same as since 2014, the 1.6 v6 the only real change to them is the necessity to run 100% "sustainable" fuel. The big change is in the electric component has been doubled in capacity and output and the MGU-H eliminated.

The only new ICE engine, and total unknown, in those terms is the Audi. The electric component is more of an unknown but is less complex than what we already have. The big performance gain/loss is going to be in the software controlling the charge/deployment and so relatively easy to develop during the season.

the name change to Alpine was downright idiotic - they could as well name it Gordini or Frog Munchers F1 Team. Renault tried to make their response to Citroen's DS, their sales are and will be atrocious. Just go back to Renault or sell it to chinks at this point.

As for engines, there was a rumor I have seen in early 2025 - two manufacturers said the work with engine is going great, they figured everything out, one struggled and other one has built a modern equivalent of Subaru flat-12, just praying for return of V10s. No more info was shared.

I’ve had some time to think about it. I think Norris winning this particular season is real poor for his overall image. Lando’s dad made the absolute tone deaf claim that ‘no one remembers second place’, well…. Got news for ya. Twenty years from now, when the next generation is reading up on the 2025 season, Norris’ efforts are basically a footnote compared to the drives Piastri and especially Verstappen made. Being a knob seems to run in that family.

Truthfully though, no matter the outcome, McLaren’s favoritism toward Lando was always going to bite him in the ass. The best thing Lando can do is hope and pray that their car remains competitive in the 2026 season.

I’m a big time Max fan and the people saying he was more deserving and robbed of his fifth WDC are wrong. As he’s said in interviews, he’s really accomplished all of the goals he set in F1. The efforts over the summer show how great of a driver he is, even in the face of adversity. The fact of the matter is that Lando needed that WDC more than Max, and now it’s up to Lando to prove that he truly is champion caliber.

I’m really looking forward to this new season. I also hope that the regulations are favorable so that Max decides to stick around a bit longer. The 2025 season would’ve been dreadful without him.

We still talk about Senna's heroics in 1993 still to this day, even against an all-time great such as Prost.

To be fair I'm eyeing up an A290 next time my company car is up for renewal. It is within budget and will attract little tax due to being EV.

Alpine as manufacturer has been around since the 50s and has made some very nice cars, you just don't see many aboit because of the price tag. The A290 is probably their first move into main market prices.

In other news there are heavy rumours that Marko is out at Red Bull.

The one good eye Helmut has is for talent. Yeah, he fucking sucks, but dude really knew how to pick some winners. I wonder what the situation with GP is. Speculated that he will no longer be a race engineer in 2026. All sources state ‘personal family issues’, so is that divorce? Custody battle? Death in the family?

No one is saying he isn't in contention for the greats. Is he the best of all time? Beats me, I'm new to this, but Hamilton brought home 7 WDCs to Max's 4 (whether or not they were controversial does not matter), and Max didn't handily beat McLaren when he god damn should have, and realistically, that should be what people talk about when they talk about Max this year: that he only got off his ass mid-season for the catch-up. Yeah, it's solid, but I wouldn't glaze over someone who acts like he's so fucking above it until whenever he feels like getting out of bed.
hambone has zero track record of driving less than great cars and his dominance took place during the early hybrid era specifically manufactured by and for his own team mercedes where no one could touch them because their car was by far the best, and after rosberg got canned for bottas he also had a steady #2 always willing to cover his ass at any cost. if you want a taste of hamiltons real driving skills in less than perfectly favorable conditions just look at his results this season. stomped by leclerc year round and an embarrassment to his team

maxs driving this year is reminiscent of pre-2021 seasons where he was a clear championship contender but the winning constructors car was just too good, and even still he managed a massive comeback this year. other than having the best car on the grid a number of other things went right for mclaren that allowed lando to win, papaya rules in monza, antonelli taking out max in austria or his fuckup in qatar, etc. if a single one of those things hadnt happened or thered been one additional race on the calendar it wouldve been maxs 5th wdc almost guaranteed. i cant stress enough how shit the redbull car is this year, the revolving door of #2 drivers at redbull getting "promoted" from the junior team and seeing their results freefall should be proof enough

and i believe him when he says he doesnt care that he lost the wdc, he really is that autistic. he used to be an upstart taking massive risks at others expense, crashing into people frequently and got a lot of deserved hate for it, but hes grown up a lot while still remaining a fearsome driver. compare that to lando "you have to help me more i dont know how to do it" norris whose adoptive father (who is FAT) had to consistently gimp the equally skilled second driver in the team just to let lando run away with it, after professing how amazing the team is and how both will be treated equally. now thats gay

I think 2022, 2023 and 2009 come the closest to drive shitboxes and his first half in 2009 was a very good indicator. If you look at all F1 champions almost all started at middle or small teams. the exceptions being Farina, Fangio, to an extent Ascari, Villeneuve and Hamilton. Anyway, let's see if he really goes into 2026, the last radio messages with Hamilton at Abu Dhabi made it sound as if the team isn't really including him. And before you blame Adami, he was also the track engineer of Sainz and they always seemed like a good team. Maybe he grew acustomed to a driver who also excelled at strategy while being somewhat entertaining (smoooooooth operator)

And before you blame Adami
That's the number 1 cope of cultLH, it's all his race engineer's fault.

If he starts next season the way he ended thos one no way he keeps the seat to the end. Bearman made a great case for getting in that seat.

I predicted the most unsatisfying championship outcome, and it happened. Norris beat by 10 million seconds, but managing to make a podium and win the title. Everything went right for him, but it also went wrong. The car quality, his attitude, the team favoritism, the media favoritism, and his title being decided more by what his rivals didn't do rather than what he did do. In the end, Piastri and Verstappen were the better drivers. Lando had luck, papaya rules, and a Talibantonelli divebomb on his side. It won't stop Crofty and Ted from slobbering all over his knob next year, and it won't stop the European crowds from booing him off the podium, because everyone knows it was more about him being lucky than being good. Which is especially ironic considering he was saying that about Max going last to first in Brazil next year.

Just what Alonso said last year. Hambone has never been in a car that wasn't the best on the grid. He got straight up beat by his teammate in that same best car on the grid. As soon as it stopped being the best car on the grid, he started overdriving and getting into hilariously stupid wrecks that someone with his experience shouldn't be getting into. As soon as he went to an outright shitbox with a competitive teammate, he got absolutely thrashed head to head, got knocked out in Q1, and had constant mental breakdowns.
