Oh God please no, just go back to Torro Roso it worked perfectly due to their Italian base and the brand of the company.

As for 50/50 power and MGU-K only for charging its going to make cars utterly unsuited to tracks such as Monza, Spa or Austria with lots of full power and very few heavy braking events.

It is going to push the whole thing towards street circuits (you know like the 100% electric series we already have) rather than traditional tracks. But then that's clearly what they want anyway when you look at recent additions to the calendar.

So the Italians are teaming up with the Germans and Emperor Tsunoda to try and dominate the world stage, what could possibly go wrong.
Logan will suddenly get a fast car and win a race (and every race that follows) and as he crosses the line, he says "I am become death."

Yuki then makes the impossibru face.

They're passing off locals

And Liberty is trying to charge venues that oberlook the track for having views of the track

Of course no matter how bad its going to be greatest race evar according to everyone involved. If its a shit race Crofty will be in full cope mode about it.

Cutting a deal with the local hotels because they'll be benefitting from having a view of the track (through high occupancy at extortionate prices) is not that unreasonable. How much do you think someone owning an apartment at Monaco (or anywhere else) can make when there's a race weekend.

What's dumb about it is that this apparently wasn't all in place and part of the budget when the race was being planned. It does make it sound like they ran out of budget and are now trying to make it look better by begging the locals for more than was in the original deal.

Las Vegas was unfit to hold an F1 race 40 years ago and it's still unfit to hold an F1 race today.

Liberty Media really are a bunch of fucktards with no clue about F1 history, aren't they?

They can make loads, but no one goes round the apartments demanding they pay the right's holders and threatening to obstruct their view if they don't because they have that view.

It's not a good look, a terrible way to build good will and looks very policically unaware. In the case of Vegas who do you think owns that town? Liberty or MGM? Because one of those will have every politician in the area in their pocket and the other just wants to borrow the street for the weekend.

I'm still weirded out that F1 and Liberty had the audacity to think that Vegas might be a worthy city host this
