With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Sam has been going full demolition since a deal fell through the other night. He was supposed to be out till 10:30 but showed up angry as hell. Jon caught a beating for this and I think Sam has felt bad ever since.

The fallout is that Sam doesn’t really seem to care anymore about dialing it back since there isn’t going to be a TV / Amazon / whatever the fuck he was angling for deal. Seems he was delusional after his recent YouTube main stream success. He’s never getting that adult swim money.

The moment he screamed nigger in Simmons face I knew things were going to change fast. So now you have Sam showing up literally every night since like a wrecking ball and then Jet scrambling to clean up the mess. This has led to the actual sharks to lay off and even start playing good cop. There is basically one shark left and it’s pissed off sam.

Then Simmons turns out to be a closeted tranny pedophile and Sam spends 24 hours planning his revenge. He told people he was going to do so and everyone wrote it off as ironic humor. What does Sam do? He sits there and reads Simmons book until he finds that Simmons jotted down his worst fear. Sam then makes Simmons relive his prior trauma while the whole world is watching.

This was so aggressively nightmareish and over the top they almost lost half the cast in one night. It’s worth remembering that this is Jets project. But not even knew several of the orders Sam barked at the cast members. Letty caught Jet off guard when she told him she wasn’t going to be watching the baby any longer.
 
This show goes between "It's So Over" and "We're So Fucking Back" so fast it's insane. There hasn't been a single day where I didn't think the show was about to end. At this point, the constant production problems are almost part of the charm.
 
I would go on season 2 but they'd probably find this KF account even though I use absolutely zero social media and grew up when opsec was actually preached as gospel.

Yeah this is dumb. Im one of the people who started to get invested in everyone on the show instead of just wanting them to be tortured and I still think thats really lame. It gives jon an unfair advantage in the way he won't have to deal with fucked up comments. If they dont bully him at all even in person now too then its even more fucked up.
 
I hate it, but you have to realize the ball is not in their court. Joncoin has exploded, he has extreme value and they have to do anything they can to keep him around the longest. Unfortunately that means bowing to king jon for now, but if they keep letting him have his way I will be bitter.

Fishtank is kill unless you really want to listen hard (God bless these retards for not getting carpet flooring).

Bedroom 1 has the best audio to listen to the echo.
 
To the people whining that this isn't the hell house concept, the hell house is intended to be filled with just MDE's retarded fans, the kind of dipshits that want to be tortured. This is a different run of the idea based on shoving eight overgrown kids into a home with no internet to keep them entranced.

At this point I don't care if the show has gone completely off the rails of what it was originally intended to be. If I am being entertained I don't particularly mind and so far I am being entertained.
 
What a rollercoaster. The usual #jontent with betrayal on the morning, the chimpout at afternoon to the reveal at the evening this day had literally everything. This was fucking dark, especially the bathroom arc and the extremely somber mood. I'm at least glad that the mood of the group was lifted at the end. It's movie night now and the cams will stay offline for the rest of the night. If Jon returns or leaves, is yet to be seen. Day 9. And I can't wait what tomorrow will bring. If the fishes and the crew last the full 6 weeks and the content flow stays the same, it will be remembered for years to come.

Nevermind lol, Jon is getting coddled now. I know that this shit was "traumatic" for the contestants, but this is a bit too far. We'll see how this plays out.

It's really gay. The gravity of this concept's failure pushes Sam Hyde fanboys onto their knees. They understand now that their surrogate debtmaxxing dad will never be as truly edgy as anything in the 1990s or early 2000s.
