ObesetoBeast posted a new video about calculating TDEE, and while he doesn’t explicitly mention AL, I can’t help but wonder if he made it in response to the onslaught of questions he’s most likely receiving from her. Like, “all the info is in this video, now leave me tf alone”

I'm kinda over the both of them. I mean I wasn't ever that much into mbp's videos cause they're just too aggressive for my tastes. And Zachary is a bit more fun but sometimes he will say shit and act like it's a real-time reaction but like...bruh.......you pulled that STRAIGHT from here. Like obv I have no way of knowing for sure but it comes across like he waited until the video has been uploaded, shredded to fuck, and he reads the comments on the video/commentary on here before saying anything. In a live stream once he was like "I never go to kiwifarms", sure Jan. He also OVER-reacts a lot like...gorl, it aint that fun/serious. I like his cooking videos though (when he bothers to make them).

Only AL commentator I fuck with is Justine/KickingGeese/JPmetz cause I been subscribed to her for a literal decade and always been a fan. It's just by coincidence that she's been making AL videos recently so I guess she now falls into that category. She also outright admits she comes here (JUSTINE IF YOU READ THIS I ADORE YOU BE MY FRIEND)

KickingGeese is fun, she doesn't go for the jugular, but she is pretty straight up about some of the dumb shit AL does. She's like Zach but more low key and her videos make great background noise.

Yeah a few people dont really care for Zachary or Michael which is kinda fair; both overreact to the point that its not genuine, both powerlevel to fuck about their lives and both think they're more important than they actually are. If I hear "MA'AMMMM" one more damn time....

I don't know. In the case of Zach where he says "Ma'am", I'm saying "Biiiiitch" in my head anyway. I think he's innocuous, but that's just me and he tends to hit on the things I think. He's super OTT, but he's one of the only ways I'll watch her "content" anymore.

I just stan from now until the end of time. Brief history lesson for the people who don't know: Back in the day, Justine/JPmetz was youtube royalty in that she had (has?) a cult-like following, her "minions" She had an anti-guru channel, with makeup tutorials that were never about makeup, but often some kind of rant or commentary on other shit that was going on, with ZERO instruction on the actual makeup. This was around the same time as Michelle Phan and Kandee, who were the positive, bubbly, over-explaining yin to Justine's "nah I'm not telling you how to apply this - my viewers couldn't solve a two-piece puzzle" yang. At the time, it was hard to tell if it was a character or she was just the personification of anxiety/depression (OR BOLTH). Turns out it was (mostly) a character. Then some personal stuff went down and she mostly abandoned her main channel and ditched the negative character.

Probably my favourite, and most noteworthy video of hers:


She was also one of the first youtubers (that I can recall, at least) that called Onision out on his bullshit


this was back in 2010 and all you need to do is interchange the specifics of the drama, and it's still relevant

Part of me wishes she would get back into her old groove but I think she said that being that negative was bringing her down because it's not really her. She's always gonna be Queen Justine, and I'm always gonna be a minion. In the tsunami of fake, over-produced horseshit that is youtube these days, her old videos are even more enjoyable now.

Anyways, that's why Justine is fantastic. I'll take my dumb/autistic/late ratings for this post with pride

Another giveaway for both him and ML - they'll sometimes move to press the pause button before they've really watched the moment they're about to comment on. They know it's happening, they know *immediately* how they want to respond, and it's faster than any 'natural' reaction would be.

That said, I do like Zach in general because he at least has a good time doing it, you know? It's over the top for sure though so I get how people find it grating.
