Piggy is getting served with divorce papers, one way or another. That’s the story here. That’s what triggered his latest drunken meltdown (he had a similar one when Pantsu left him, remember?) Nothing tiggers this thin-sknned little bitch like Harry/Pantsu.

They might just run a public notice in a newspaper in Merida. I know when divorces are filed because a spouse has gone poof they let this count as service after inquiries and all the normal routes to find/serve have been exhausted.

If Ralph would be stupid enough to message Harry that he was avoiding service. Dumb fuck doing that should make the process easier now. Judges hate when assholes play these games.

They should just hire some corrupt cop in Merida as a process server and pay him extra to punch Gunt in the face and deny it.
 
How does this divorce business work in Murica? Pantsu has to prove that the papers have been served, then a judge rules that the marriage is over and how much child support the Gunt has to pay?
That would mean that he's doing pillstreams before he knows how deep the cuts into his prostitute, torta, drugs & booze budget are going to be. Just imagine the quality of post divorce pillstreams!

It’s a bit more complicated than that. Ralph has told Harry that he refuses electronic service which means the options are to serve him physically, (which isn’t impossible but is costly since Ralph is in MX to stay), or go to the Court with Ralph’s messages refusing service. The Court will order a notice to be posted in the local newspaper and that will fulfill the requirement. After that, it’s all about Child Support and Custody.

I really can't see him being able to afford to fly to New York and get a hotel for a week considering how behind he is on child support. I'm actually surprised he hasn't moved to a cheaper area in Mexico, but that would mean admitting defeat.

I have no idea how long the Divorce is going to take, but I don't see Ralph making it much longer after that. Soon as he hits $2500 behind in support, Harry and Vickers are going after his passport in the courts. This will probably happen before he gets Mexican citizenship, and then barre him from doing anything but getting deported when he overstays his visa.

Ralph getting deported from Mexico is going to far surpass him getting the shit knocked out of him in Portugal. If Jim can stay alive just long enough to do that stream, it's going to put EOR over the edge.
 
It's crazy this all started cuz May's sister disapproved of Ralph. That led to the nastiness that made Harry snap and destroy Ralph's merch and belongings.
18 months later, Ralph gave himself a chemical lobotomy and has ZERO financial prospects. His chat is mostly ironic praise and occasionally genuine concern.
If Ralph didn't make a conscious decision to abuse Xanax; he would still have a family and an audience. But at least he scored the big Andrew Tate interview.

The only reason that happened was because Meigh told her sister and her parents how shitty Ralph was.

- Meigh and Ralph have several drunken drugged out fights. She calls Harry to rescue her from hundreds of miles away.
- Meigh vents in group text next day about her shitty fat pig of a boyfriend
- Meigh tells sister "we gonna get married"
- Sister says "Meigh you're a retard"

Not really. There are divorces granted on abandonment/ desertion all the time. Spousal abandonment itself is grounds for granting a divorce.

But if Ralph doesn’t want to get shafted as hard as possible on child support, possibly even alimony, he better show up to court. He probably only needs to show up via zoom, and needs to hire a local attorney. The threat of what he could be court ordered to pay if he doesn’t even bother to respond will get Ralph to the bench sooner or later. He just feels like it’s a W to draw out the process and make as difficult as possible.

Once there’s another court ordered child support order Ralph will have to be forking over about $2k a month to make sure his passport doesn’t get yoinked. Plus California can go after his money in Mexico for non-payment.

Ralph fleeing to Mexico like a scared rat is really the best thing possible for both kids. At this rate Ralph will drink himself to death before needlessly subjecting either kid to miserable supervised spite visits with rage pig dad.

Ralph only visited Xander to spite the Vickers, and Amanda for that matter, and simple curiosity. I’m sure Ralph spending thousands to fly to CA to spend two hours with Xander, when he wouldn’t even spend one hour alone at home with Rozy, warmed Pantsu’s heart. He will use visits with Rozy in an attempt to spite May and Harry. But I doubt he will ever visit Rozy, maybe just once. Ralph didn’t even bother to spend time with Rozy when they shared a home, he just resented her.

He will only try to visit Rozy if he thinks it could result in forcing Amanda to see or talk to him, or piss off Harry. Ralph considers Rozy a failed re-roll so it’s really unfair he has to pay any support for her.

That’s assuming Harry only goes for $1200 a month. The Vickers’ $800 a month is on the low end of child support, Harry could shoot for the moon given all the bragging Ralph does online with trips, assets, etc.
