If im Hmo im not giving him anything until he coughs up.every condition I ask for.
Realistically what do you think the Morris camp wants? I get the temptation to rake him over the coals but is that worth passing up on the opportunity to be done with him? It's not like he has many assets and what little there is wouldn't be worth the hassle of pursuing him over anyway.

IMO the smart play here is to take advantage of Ralph's desire for expedited proceedings and go for as clean of a break as possible. They can probably secure uncontested custody of Rosie and be left with no reason for any contact. They get to wash their hands of him, and he gets to go from horse to whores; everyone wins.

There is a chance negotiations backfire like what happened with Vickers and Ralph previously to exclude him from ever seeing Xander again. Once Pantsu engages with Ralph in a legal matter, Ralph then has the ability to respond to a court in New York. This takes a lot of the leg work off the shoulders of Ralph and puts it onto Pantsu.

Meanwhile if they just ignore him entirely, Ralph doesn't have the resources to file for any kind of visitation in a New York court.

I see your point but look at it in terms of Ralph's motivations.

Ralph has demonstrated absolutely no motivation to visit Rosie, while he was somewhat motivated to see Xander. Unless I'm mistaken Ralph has never visited Rosie since Panstu's Great Escape, and in the voicemail it seemed like he only mentioned her as an afterthought.

What Ralph wants, and is thus motivated to obtain, is the ability to legally marry Scarlet as soon as possible. If Pantsu tries to prolong the divorce process, or just ignores him completely, he will be motivated to pursue further action and might become spiteful. He may not have resources for that kind of action but Scarlet does.

That's why I think the best thing Team Morris can do is capitalize on Ralph's motivations by offering him a divorce as fast as possible with as few strings attached as possible, including uncontested custody and no claims on assets. I doubt visitation will even be an issue because Ralph doesn't care about his daughter.

What could (Scarlett) Ralph do that would in any way inconvenience Mantsu? Ralph is stuck in his piss hole in Mérida, Scarlett is in Milwaukee. That's two states and two lakes away from New York.

And I'm pretty sure they married in Vegas. I could be wrong on that one, don't honestly recall.

I'm not American, but I imagine it's a pretty expensive affair to start a process in one state when one of the parties is living two states away. Even if (Scarlett) Ralph had the resources, it would be difficult to keep the process going.

With adequate resources the rest would be a matter of obtaining legal representation, but that's messy, expensive, and in this case completely avoidable.

What would benefit both parties here is an uncontested divorce, which means they both agree to all terms which mainly include property division, child custody, and support. If there's no property to be divided, and no support to be sought, then the only potential issue is child custody which it doesn't seem like Ralph cares about with Rosie.

Again, what Ralph wants is to be divorced from Pantsu as fast as possible. So if she offers him an uncontested, expedited, divorce then she can capitalize on this opportunity to be done with him entirely. On the other hand ignoring him or trying to negotiate for support (that he can't provide anyway) would draw out the issue to no ones benefit. Ralph might start pretending he cares about his daughter out of spite if he thinks they're trying to get in the way of him getting what he wants.

That is a true enough point, but it hinges on Scarlett being dumb enough to pay for Ralph's divorce.

As things stand as of now, it's Ralph hollerin' all the way from Mérida, and there's no real consequence/danger to the Morris camp.

But there's also no benefit. Why would Pantsu want to continue to be married to Ralph? What does she gain from that state of affairs?

She might not currently be looking to remarry, but if she ever does find someone who wants to marry her then being divorced from Ralph now can only help.

However if she ignores him and his relationship with Scarlet falls out, he will be spiteful if she later tries to seek a divorce if she wants to remarry.

This is a golden opportunity for Pantsu to secure an uncontested divorce and leverage the expedited/cheaper nature of that process to dictate the terms. The only thing I could see Ralph caring about more than wanting to get this over quickly is if Pantsu tries to get support payments. She doesn't need money that he doesn't have anyway, and what little she might be able to get isn't worth passing up on the chance to be done with him entirely.

But there's also no benefit.
The benefit is not having to interact with the spiteful pig demon. Divorce would decide two things, visitation rights and child support. Pantsu knows that there is no money to gain and she doesn't want piggy in her daughters life, not even once a month for a weekend.
She has seen how he uses the Xander visitations and child support to unload his bpd mental illnesses on Faith via the parenting app, including his $3 payments. It's just not worth it just to be able to remarry. On his current trajectory there is also a high chance that he just drops dead within a few months, so all she has to do is ignore him and wait for his demise.

That's only an issue if he wants to be in their daughters life, which he demonstrably does not.

If she can use this opportunity to get him to agree to no visitation rights at all, wouldn't that be in her benefit? The fact that he gets a fast, cheap, divorce so he can marry Scarlet ought to be enough for him to sign away all rights to his daughter that he doesn't care about. In fact she should throw in no child support just to make sure he takes the deal since that's one less reason to ever interact with him.

IMO it would be stupid of her to pass this chance up in favor of the ignoring him to maintain the status quo or hope he dies. As things are now she only gets to not interact with him because he doesnt care to interact with her, which can change. This is a chance to secure that separation in a legally binding manner.

I think you're wrong because he'd do it just to piss off Harry and Pantsu at least a few times like he did with Xander

he can't visit them now because he has no idea where they are and doesn't even know what court to file with

Am I remembering wrong or weren't people saying the wedding was never actually filed/legal that it was just like a skit or something. If its not a legally recognized wedding why would he need a divorce?
There’s no wedding. I’m not sure why ppl are taking this shit seriously. Ralph doesn’t want to marry the crazy crackhead, he just wants to use her for attention and free drugs. They might do a fake Vegas wedding, if they can manage to leave their sleazy hotel room, but there’s nothing of any substance happening.

Ralph didn’t even want to marry Pantsu. He only did so to spite Harry, but he wasn’t even interested in marrying her while she was pregnant. Of course Gunt actually thought he had actual assets and money to protect back then. LMAO. Ralph so broke now I guess he might try to marry a crack whore out of financial desperation but I doubt Scarlet would do it. Scarlet is fine play acting the crazy GF if there’s an online audience, but it obvious she’s physically repulsed by Ralph physical presence. Ralph has convinced her they are business partners and streaming their drug binges in seedy hotel rooms is a goldmine!!!

If he wanted to piss them off that badly he would have found out where they are and found out what court to file in. He did that for Xander because he cares about Xander. He hasn't done that for Rosie because he doesn't care about Rosie. I also think he hates Vickers more than Harry.

They have a chance for a clean divorce because all Ralph wants is to marry Scarlet. This isn't some 3D chess ploy to find out where they are so he can pursue visitation rights that he doesn't want.

Give him the divorce, leverage making it fast and cheap to get him to sign away any rights to ever seeing his daughter again. Then they can be done with him in a legally binding manner.

The paper abortion as I alluded to get him to sign over all parental rights. As a dad I almost never believe this is something that should be done.

But then there is the one they call
