Angelina Jolie, Diane Keaton, and many other women wore masculine clothes to events. They simply explained it as "because I wanted to". Ellen was always an attention whore who jumped into the trend because being a lesbisn wasn't popular anymore.
 
People are always shopping for masks they feel align closest with the way they think they want to be perceived. It's one of those fundamental, neurotic goals not enough people get warned about when they're young - yet are ultimately responsible for eschewing by time they've achieved basic benchmarks of emotionally maturity.

Ellen has always been an impulsive, spoiled brat with validation issues she still blames on her dysfunctional parents, despite being forty years old (yes; 39-and-some-change is close enough). We have no shortage of lolcows with that background; and it's a safe bet she'll continue to be ridiculous in a way that's easily scrapbooked. I look forward to seeing her continue to age like John Franklin from Children of the Corn.

I never looked at that picture closely, they aren't even oven gloves, they are work gloves. I guess she was afraid of scalding her delicate fingers.

I think she's just going to continue in low-budget movies nobody's gonna give a fuck about until she physically cant. It also wouldn't surprise me if she ends up detransitioning just so she can run a gimmick of how she was forced to be trans by producers.

They still haven’t allowed the so called “significant” role she’s going to have in the Odyssey be known yet. Talk about tight OPSEC. It’s being released in July.

It’s hard to make a prediction about her future acting career. Maybe some indy tranny themed stuff? Or more charity from friends like the Odyssey gig?

At any rate, Ellen will 41% (or simply drop dead) before detransitioning. After her “memoir” book there’s no walking her transition back, never mind blaming it on some 3rd party.

Is she still LA based? WSJ has an article the last few days on the entertainment job market in LA; TLDR not good. Apparently sound stages are under-utilized also.

Does anybody else find it incredibly strange that Ellen name drops and reveals information on women in her books, but never names the men who supposedly harassed her throughout it? She mentions there being men in her life who did things, but never says who. Then you have her straight up naming some random actress she slept with.

Because the men would sue the absolute fuck out of her and she'd be completely and utterly banned from production and distribution companies forever. Some C list actress who's already trying desperately to leverage what millennial fans she has into a living? Who cares about them.

Note that Brendan Fraser fifteen years before he disclosed who assaulted him, but his career was already effectively destroyed long before he came forward with the accusation, and he was an A lister.

She knows women won't defend themselves out of shame due to their behavior and fear of being called transphobic. That's why this Olivia Thirlby chic now claims to be bisexual and helping LGTB people despite she was married to a man and doesn't seem to have more female partners than Ellen. They were probably experimenting in their youth and this asshole exposed them all. I don't think they can do much about it because after all, it was consensual and they can't openly antagonize this moron.

What's funny is that Ellen, the "man", doesn't know about the old saying that "a gentleman has no memory". I know some trashy men do so, but most educated men would never write a biography about the women they secretly banged.
