While I'm not prepared to condemn him to the woodchipper until the victim comes forward, it's looking kinda grim. I just hope the kids will be alright. Seperated parents is not the ideal homelife, but when children are in danger it is important they be safeguarded. Being the jobless single mom against a dude with tons of money also doesn't help.

It's hard to draw too many conclusions from the meds alone without more info (such as how long he has been on each of them). Here are a few observations:
1. The quetiapine is most likely an adjunct for sleep/anxiety, not a psychotic disorder.
2. This is a pretty bad medication regimen and whoever is prescribing these needs to get caught up with current practice standards. Xanax is most likely inappropriate here unless he specifically has a panic disorder, it is not meant to be used for anxiety generally unless other treatments can't be used. I don't think this is the case because his dosages aren't maxed out for hydroxyzine or escitalopram. Hydroxyzine and Xanax is pretty redundant. Also, Lunesta is only meant to be used short term. Based on his other meds I wouldn't be surprised if he's been on it for years and it's making things worse at this point. On the flip side, both Lunesta and Xanax could be appropriate if they're used as a bridge until the other medications take full effect, but I doubt that.
3. These drugs at these dosages are really not that crazy. If he's doing stimulants or drinking yes it's dangerous but he's not maxed out on any of these. As I said above though, the med choices seem suboptimal.

My theory is that he loves the feeling of being on a manic high so he takes a lot of cocaine and other uppers to keep that high. Then, when he needs to sleep, he uses his other meds to crash. He likely uses them to "chill out" too. He's a big old drug user and loves abusing anything thag can alter his mood.
 
I’ll just throw my two cents in here, if he was schizo you’d see meds like rispiradone or abilify or a much much higher dose of the seroquel. Also if he was bipolar you’d be more likely to see lithium.
Lots of times if you’re an addict they will throw a little cocktail at you to try to help the different symptoms you’d get coming off dope, so that could explain the seemingly multitude of different anxiety/insomnia meds. Though I will say it’d be odd for someone with a history of drug abuse to be prescribed Xanax, or even the lunesta for that matter. But like others have stated it wouldn’t be surprising if he’s just found a doctor willing to prescribe whatever

Also obligatory i remember watching this dude years ago when he would go out to the protests and do the reporting stuff, crazy (hilarious?) to see how he’s managed to fuck up his life so royally lol

"Youth Pastor" does not appear to qualify for statutory requirements to disregard consent for "position of authority" or other relationship-based type reasons.

Schaffer is currently 32. If the alleged offense occured in Florida 8+ years ago, when Schaffer was under 24 and the alleged victim was over 16, then it would appear nothing illegal happened.

So probably take care if you're considering throwing around accusations of rape, as it may be some variety of defamation an' you gon' get yo' pp slapped.

It was a mistake having the meds front and center in the featured post tbh., it's not an unusual or noteworthy cocktail and most of the sperging about it is low info.

Not unusual maybe, but not best practice prescribed all together like that. And definitely not around someone as irresponsible and retarded as Elijah, who probably takes a handfull, followed by a shot of liquor, with a little cocaine chaser afterwards .

Not sure how it's not "best practice", it's all just a bunch of downers to help calm his tits/sleep, in relatively low dosages.
Seems pretty normal for what a psychiatrist would prescribe, and well within recommendations.

The transcript also seems like the lawyer was trying to carefully word things to state defensible facts, but with enough ambiguity to let people fill in the blanks with something much worse than what happened (ruined somewhat by the wife interjecting that the sexually abused little boy child was 16).
Not a lot of background/biography/chronology in the early thread, and the dude seems to be either a borderline nobody or to have been unpersoned, so not a lot of relevant search results. I found something that sort of meshes with the bits and bobs I've picked up along the way, though it may be about someone else with the same name, that seem to indicate he was a Youth Pastor in 2012... when he was 18.

I cannot be bothered to clutch my pearls in recreational outrage about gay teenage boys hooking up at bible camp 10-15 years ago.

He’s from LA, and the college he graduated from in 2017 was in cali as well.
His YouTube channel is scrubbed of all the old videos now but community posts are all still there. They moved out of Hollywood 6 years ago, I thought that they had moved to Texas then, especially since that’s where Blaze is located but I could be wrong.
Age of consent in California is 18.

Honestly the whole clip is worth watching, it's a very different Elijah we see on display here. Corinne is melting down because her friend was arrested just prior to the clip and Elijah is extremely calm while talking to her. I'm bias with Corinne, though, I love that crazy bird.

No, he's not from Florida. He moved to Florida in like the last three some years. He's from California originally. He lived in LA area where he had his show then moved to Texas which his dad moved there too and his dad WAS a pastor there but apparently got fired. Then Elijah moved to Florida in which both his boys were born there. The youth pastor was likely in California as well.
