Elijah posted the above picture the other day and what was weird about it was that he didn't need to go to Florida to attend the settlement conference if he was actually in Boca Raton. There was a zoom link available for everyone to attend below.
He's wasting all these money going back and forth between Florida where he doesn't reside anymore and Texas while canceling livestreams that he could have been doing. He had pushed off the divorce case which apparently I guess was a scheduling conflict which again doesn't make sense because he was in Boca Raton, there was nothing stopping him from attending the divorce hearing on the 11th as the federal settlement conference was on the 12th.
The fact that the federal case hasn't been dismissed by the judge isn't good for Elijah and if he settles per the settlement conference information above, he comes out looking like he lost and was forced to settle. My guess some sum of money for attorney fees and apology but anything's possible. Either way, it's in Elijah's best interest to settle than going to trial because defamation by implication is a tort in Florida and given his colorful history and the high concentration of Jewish people in Palm Beach County which is about 15-25% of the county where the potential trial is taking place. Not a good look.
You know nobody watched him because everybody has clocked him for gay IMMEDIATELY because of all this. Nobody was listening to his lispy faggot voice until he became an official lolcow.
The latest filing is out by Kezia. There are some new updates.
Kezia now has a Texas Driver's license which helps establishes domiciliation in Texas and corroborates that she does not maintain any ties to Florida contrary to Elijah's claims. This was also after Elijah basically did not allow her to drive / possess a license when they were domesticated together.
She includes an exhibit of Elijah talking about his statement about rebuilding his business in Texas and his relaunch "better than it was in Florida". This is basically to show that not only Kezia has no ties to Florida, Elijah also has no ties to Florida.

For those unaware, twitter will lock your account if a tweet violates the community guidelines and you will be forced to wait a number of hours, usually 12 I think, and then you will be forced to delete any of the offending tweets that their internal system has marked as the cause for the account lock. That could be one or more tweets. At first I thought that it was the use of the hard R but then I realized only one of the tweets was deleted. I believe that the reply where he says "I'm not a nigger but I could fuck you up consentually" was reported as a threat of violence, which it could reasonably be interpreted as. Elijah was locked for 12 hours but just HAD to get the last word in with some random woman on twitter and forgot to delete the reply before anyone found it...

Salvo Pancakes recently streamed and covered Elijah. He's the full segment. This is worth archiving because he explains that he and Elijah became twitter mutuals and Elijah asked him to come on the show (which sadly never happened) after the video was posted of Salvo Pancakes approaching Rabbi Shmuley on the street and mocking him over the Israel/Palestine conflict before the rabbi pranced away as fast as he could to the nearest NYPD cruiser to tattle on him. At 2m30s salvo says that Elijah offered him a place to live in Frisco.
To give more context which was revealed in a jannied clip (which I originally posted about a week ago, I may try to upload it to a more "suitable" thread at some point) After becoming twitter mutuals, Salvo saw Elijah post the photo with the BPD chick where they are showing off their watches which can be found in this post. Salvo, being familiar with Dallas, recognized that they were in a historic neighborhood and Salvo jokingly asked Elijah if he was at a gay sauna that is in that area. Within one hour Elijah had reached out to Salvo directly and offered him a place to live in his Frisco rental home. Definitely not sus behavior!
At the end of the clip Salvo attempts, unsuccessfully, to call Elijah but notes that he may have been blocked, likely due to going on a different podcast (source of the jannied clip) to talk a little shit on Elijah.
