Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the 11th Democratic presidential debate, on Sunday, is set to look and sound quite different from the previous 10.

To prevent further transmission of the virus, the Democratic National Committee announced Thursday it will hold the debate in Washington, D.C., with no live audience, instead of its original planned location of Arizona, one of four states voting on Tuesday.

The debate is being hosted at 8 p.m. ET by CNN along with CNN en Español, CNN International and Univision, and will take place at CNN studios.

The debate will be moderated by CNN's Dana Bash and Jake Tapper and Univision's Ilia Calderón.

They were originally to be joined by Univision's Jorge Ramos although the network has since announced that he will not to be part of the debate following a potential secondary exposure to the coronavirus.

Which candidates will be there?

Former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders are the remaining two viable contenders for the Democratic nomination and will be the only candidates onstage Sunday night.

This comes following a series of presidential candidates suspending their campaigns in the days before and after the Super Tuesday contests on March

Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is still actively running, though she did not meet the DNC's qualification for the debate. A candidate needs at least 20% of delegates awarded so far to be onstage; Gabbard has earned just two delegates out of nearly 1,800 awarded so far.

Begins at 8 PM EST and ends at 10 PM EST

In this penultimate(?) Democratic debate, Former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders will help America decide whose the most electable Democrat (answer: probably noone)

Your Candidates Are:
Joe Biden

Bernie Sanders

And sadly no Tulsi Gabbard : (

So, with the stage no longer loaded with candidates, and without any supportive audiences, what do you guys think the outcome will be? Will Bernie turn out to be more mentally sound than Biden and use the debate to make a comeback? Or will Bernie cuck out again? Who knows!

What's the point when it's down to just these two? Bernie's not going to try and draw out Biden's senility when he's busy picking out furniture for the 4th house those $27 donations will buy him, and Biden's so terrified of rocking the boat (now that he has this primary all but wrapped up electorally) that short of him stroking out and having Corn Pop flashbacks onstage he isn't going to bring drama.
I guess in theory these debates are to help people decide who to vote for, but a) they don't discuss policy in any substantive way to help with that, it's just rhetoric and demagoguery, and b) this primary has been dragged out at a national scale for so long now the overlap between people who haven't made up their minds and committed primary voters is minuscule.

So two geriatric politicians are going to have a slap fight about who is more woke and who is more broke in an empty room.
Personally I can't wait for Dementia Joe to ask "where is everyone?" amid a pandemic.
Comrade Sanders is a joke at this point, I look forward to his inevitable ratfucking by the DNC. Remember, no refunds.

The media is desperate for ratings and distractions. Remember that back in 2016, Trump eventually said “enough” to the constant debates because even though he was dominating, they wanted several more debates? At this point debates are unlikely to change anything. Not even worth the effort in doing them at this point.

Well, the final fuckers.

A socialist vs an un-socialist who doesn't even know or remember how to socialize.

Great.....

I dunno, in these uncertain times theres nothing quite like a good biden comedy act to lighten the mood.

Give it up for the contenders. One doesn't know what he's running for and mentions kids rubbing his legs, the other wants to give everything for free as if he can just roll up his sleeves and pull out billions out of his wrinkly arsehole. Definitely A-game right here folks.

I will say that for all his many, many faults Bernie is at least mentally sound. Disillusional about economics, and policies, sure, but he at least knows where he is, who he is, and who the last two former presidents were. Biden on the other hand is rapidly deteriorating, and has been for months now, and honestly it's just inhumane to let him continue on like this.

Not gonna lie, if I was Trump, and Biden got the nomination, I'd refuse to debate him on the grounds that it's just cruel to debate someone as unhealthy, and mentally ill as Biden is.

However, since you're not and he is, the orange fat fuck would never miss an opportunity for a good gag. And what's more worthy of a mock standup routine than a dying old man on stage?

Entertainment. I'd be sad if they canceled them, futile as an exercise as they are. Unfortunately given the match up blood sports are unlikely. It's an opportunity for Biden to try to present an agenda though... If he can

They're not for voters at large at this point, they're for the party/media apparatus to signal to itself and see what line gets the most cash rolling in.

I think Bernie will at least out perform Biden. I'd love for him to have a complete senile fit on stage and really show how truly exceptional their Chosen Loser is, but I suspect the moderator has been told to make it as easy as possible on him, and they'll have him juiced up with some kind of upper to keep him focused and coherent enough to get through this.

As for effect on the primary, Biden could die on stage and he'd still keep beating Sanders.

It’d be entertaining if Bernie fought back. Otherwise it’s a couple old senile men virtue signaling about who likes black people more. At this time in 2016, Bernie was showing the slightest hints of a backbone and was destroying Hillary at these debates. No such performance so far in 2020, yet another reason why Sanders is underperforming.

Bernie's such a cuck, though, remember him just letting BLM take over his podium in 2016? The reason I mention that is I can see him not taking the gloves off when it's obvious Joe is just completely out to lunch. He refused to question Hillary about her email servers' data breaches. "Nobody gives a damn about your emails!" = he lost the nomination right there. I can see this going the way of "Nobody gives a damn about your mental state!"

Bernie Sanders has to undo this level of damage tonight:

Really not gonna happen.

Those numbers are as deliciously bad as I had hoped....

Get Woke, Go Broke

Praise the Commie, No Florida Nommie.....
