“I require” - what a fkn sense of entitlement. Did nobody ever teach him that it’s a bad idea to be rude to the people who are about to judge your case or prepare your food?

Maybe fat boy thinks that if he is denied access anywhere (whilst being an obnoxious prick) he can use the dog by claiming it was the reason he was denied. A win-win for yaniv, he's trying to cover all bases and get that cash rolling in. Disability activist & legal advocate in his profile next.

Disability is not shameful in any shape or form but why do these retards claim disabilities and then wear the badge as though it's something special and a well-earned honour. <shrug>

Lol can you imagine yaniv having the staying power to last two or more years for something that isn't instant gratification? Hell, achieving his diploma took longer than the allotted time so I can't see him easily gliding through this. jonny lumbering and wheezing in training classes/field trips would be a sight to behold...maybe he'll be lucky and some poor sod will have to do in-home visits.

Crufts is safe.

But Yaniv keeps a lifetime supply of tampons in the cupboard under the sink. To be fair the sink probably doesn't get much use, but what's an aspiring gal with a non-functional, Picasso-inspired meat-carving of a vagina supposed to do if the judge awards the entire sink unit to Donald the autist?

- Pile his feminine hygiene products up in the corner like a wild animal hoarding acorns?
- Use them to construct a Wendy house with padded walls within his apartment?
- Toss them off his balcony while meowing like a millionaire fat cat making it rain dollar bills?

You deprive a creature like Yaniv of a safe space to store his tampons, and its back to him loitering around the toilets at the bus station, dressed in purple tights and an all too revealing stretched-out number that is either a maternity dress intended for a much smaller woman, or a repurposed tablecloth, soliciting young girls on their way in an out.
 
wouldnt suprise me if most of the money that yaniv might end up being told to pay just goes to Kari Simpson lady

Are the Service Dog and the Lawyer he's seeking two separate entities? Because I honestly would not put it past Yaniv to try some sort of "Legal Support Dog" scam.

What Donald does with any $$$ he receives is up to him.

Kari put up his bail money herself, iirc, has fought for his rights and stuck by him when others didn't...so if she ends up with a few $$$ in her pocket then good for her, I feel she's earned it.

Plus she pisses off yaniv so is doing something right.

It's not a separate hearing. He filed his motion at a point where the defedant would have no oportunity to respond prior to the hearing. So his motion to postpone the hearing will be heard at the hearing he wishes to postpone. Take a guess at how well that's going to go? Here's a hint. Donald's lawyer has now had to work all weekend to craft an oral response to this idiotic motion. Which Johnny will get the bill for. After hours/weekend rates no less. Any hope that might have existed in Johnnys feeble brain about not getting slammed with fees should be dead by now. Because with this filing the Judge knows that the only way the harrassment campaign of stupidity stops is to drop the bill for it all on Yaniv.

Yaniv previously got permission to attend this hearing remotely. $10 says as soon as the Judge shitcans his motion to postpone he will experience “technical difficulties“ and lose his connection to the hearing. And then attempt yet another round of his bullshit. Because Yaniv is just so fucking predictable. Ask yourself how would an 8 year old respond in this situation. That’s what Yaniv will do.

This experience will later cause Yaniv to experience PTSD and phycological damage.

Nope...his court application says IN PERSON...so he'll be there in court...right across from Donny

It's small claims court. I doubt either are even an option. However, I'm not sure lying to the court or trying weasel his way out of facing the consequences of a frivolous lawsuit are going to help his case any - I can only see his actions hurting his own chances at any defence.
