"I require my service dog in training to be there"
That sounds like he's already in possession of an animal, is he?
Or is he saying there's an animal being trained for him?
If the latter is the case, he better have receipts from the trainer to present to the court.
If it's the former? He'd still need receipts from the trainer UNLESS he claims he's the one training his "service" animal.
It's just a pet otherwise. This is big boy court jonny, things aren't true just because you say they are.
ETA...Just found this, looks like a do it yourself service animal kit. It says the animal DOESN'T need to be trained by a professional.
This has gotta be what jonny's up to.
