Did Donald whutshisname actually ask for $35,000 in lawyer fees? If so, damn tha;ts extra retarded.

No, they did ask for costs higher than 350 for doing the paperwork and Donald's travel expenses. What they also asked the judge to do is also penalize Jonny the entire amount that Jonny was suing Donald for which was 35k. BC law does have a provision to allow for such a request under certain circumstances. I didn't think there was much of any chance the judge would grant it, but it didn't hurt in trying.

The penalty if granted by the judge would be payable to the defendant.

ah, thats makes some more sense then.

So the Jonny-cake celebrates losing $350 by spending $350? Seems pretty standard for our pedo buddy here.
