That has happened several times.

There's been instances of trannies taking photo's and approaching women/children in change rooms in stores, pools and several cases of women being attacked by them in women's prisons. In Canada.
There's also been cases of trannies weaseling them into women's rape shelters and Ronan Oger was one of the people who got the Vancouver Rape Crisis center defunded after which a tranny nailed
a dead rat to their door with threats painted on the windows.

The violent ones at the Meghan Murphey protests have been the male-female trannies. I know. I got punched and threatened by several of them in Vancouver.
they were targeting several women and I was stepping in.

I'm referring to the second video. He was forwarded to Vancouver police and ended up asking for a wellness check of Yaniv. I also said "calls in a wellness check" because although he called it in, I have no evidence they took it seriously. I believe that is the same call where Donald was expecting a call back but apparently never did.
That's not how he portrays it when he does the videos. He keeps claiming that Janiv is sending all of them. What he really believes may be different than what he's saying in his videos. In that case that just makes him a journalist who lies. Donald has no concrete evidence about who is sending them, but I suspect it isn't even someone on Janiv's side. I think it is more likely a Meower who is baiting Donald to take it all to the police and for it to be useful tool to keep attacking Yaniv.

Newsflash: The address on Hastings in one of the emails that was sent to Donald is the address I gave to Youtube in response to Yaniv's DMCA notices.
I get the same emails as Donald. A few have traced back to IP's in Langley and Surrey.

I do in fact believe it may be another party (for most if not all), and it may well be some are people in the Langley and Surrey area. I also noticed you said "a few" of the emails and not "all". As for the eviction notice, I found it laughable because I know where Donald actually lives since he disclosed his location (and the historical significance of the building) well before Janiv was a name he knew.

Donald would be doing what he's doing with someone else if Yaniv wasn't in the picture. Donald just happened to latch on to a story where he could abuse someone with the support of social media.

This criticism seems to infringe on the Fundamental Principle of Libertarian Justice. The masses, what statists call 'the mob', decide someone is hostis humani generis and then anyone can do anything to them, rather like pirates used to be dealt with in the good old days. Twitter lynch mobs are of course not an ideal embodiment of the FPLJ, but I think all Libertarians should support them as the nucleus of a new judicial order, moving away from the oppressive and statist 'due process' system that people like Yaniv exploit.

When Donald starts anonymously targetting, intimidating and trying to extort money from mainly women of colour (abusing the legal system to do so) or when he targets and goes out of his way to try and intimidate folks on social media, getting their a/cs closed or perhaps when he threatens people with throat-slitting or out and out murder because he doesn't like what's written online or when he grooms young kids online then I might have a different opinion. Until he stoops to white trash level as is jonathan yaniv then my opinion remains.

Here is my humble, and possibly unwelcome, opinion on the matter of Smith v. Yaniv, and other recent Yaniv-related issues that have been brought to my attention via some concerned onlookers.

Donald and I have spoken extensively. I do not believe him to be a totally unproblematic individual but the fact of the matter is -- He has a bonafide intellectual disability, and while I will not disclose how he came to have this disability specifically, I can promise you it is extremely tragic, and I would not wish it upon my worst enemy. It absolutely has to do with physical trauma sustained during childhood. Draw a conclusion.

Donald is vulnerable. Very vulnerable. He might be funny to some of you, but I do feel bad for him. He is acting from a place of anxiety and hurt. I can tell you that.

Thoughts on some stuff:

THE DMCA:

I addressed this on my Twitter, but Yaniv DMCA'd Donald's YouTube channel to ban. This was, in fact, illegal. Perhaps the first legitimately and completely illegal activity Yaniv has partaken. Perhaps Yaniv saw my commentary on this and that is why he sustained from striking Donald's second iteration of his channel.

A summary of why: Youtube has a horribly broken DMCA system. This has been exposed multiple times (most recently in the Veronica Wang/Mukbanger Drama situation). Youtube does not arbitrate copyright claims. It immediately accepts them. All claimants have to do is digitally sign a requisition that states they have ownership of the content they are striking, and acknowledge potential consequences for false strikes or bad-faith strikes against fair use content.

Yaniv would have had to do this 3 times before Donald's channel was banned.

The ironic tragedy? This would have to be taken to court. Donald does not have the money nor intellectual capacity to take this to court.

If Donald did take this to court, Yaniv would lose and absolutely be responsible for financial damages. If I lived in British Columbia, I would try to help Donald, but I am on the other side of the country.

Some sort of bizarre sting operation I constantly get tagged in on my Twitter. I do not know the legalities of this in Canada. I certainly do not want any participation in this, and I do not want to see Donald dragged into it. I have warned him away from this. We all know that if this game of To Catch a Predator goes tits up it will be Donald who takes the fall.

This "Meow Mix/Manda Panda" thing seems to be a group of (well-meaning, I'm sure) individuals who are trying to lure Yaniv into displaying sexual proclivities towards a minor. What kills me about it, absolutely kills me, is...

WE KNOW YANIV HAS SEXUAL PROCLIVITIES TOWARDS MINORS.

WE HAVE LEGITIMATE VICTIMS OF YANIV. REAL, LIVE VICTIMS.

Whenever I see sting operations aimed at pedophiles, they tend to all revolve around one thing: Getting the pedophile to arrange to have sex with the minor. Further, they are conducted by the Police. Not by random people online. Thus, my concerns about the legality.

The stings are NOT aimed at getting the predator to be flirtatious or gross. Hell, we have PLENTY of legitimate and real examples of Yaniv being flirtatious and gross with legitimate and real minors. This, apparently, is not illegal in the good ol' snow-white North.

I have condemned this "sting" on my Twitter. I will continue to do so. I have told Donald to walk away from it.

And why am I not for this? It ultimately serves no purpose.

We have REAL victims. We have REAL audio/video/messages. We don't need staged bullshit. The staged bullshit does nothing, in my humble opinion, but delegitimise all of the real stuff that we should continue pressing the importance of.

He has explained in excruciating detail about it in past videos. The same circumstances he attributes to his voice being the way it is but he is very specific about what happened to cause that. Despite all that Donald spends a lot of time telling us the difference between right and wrong and what is criminal and what is not. He knows, but when he's in the real world all level of sensibility goes out the window when he deliberately puts himself in situations where his impulsive nature take over and the next thing you know he's looking at dealing with law and courts in some cases. Donald needs mental health support badly, but he has also said he doesn't need it! His condition doesn't give him a free pass for those he has really victimized and I'm not talking about Yaniv. Yaniv happens to be a convenient target for him because he has the internet mob behind him. That kind of positive reinforcement for doing things that are bad, immoral, and illegal will be his demise in all this. I watch videos recently where his own mob baits him knowing he will lick it all up because they know he thrives on the attention. The end result is that most of these meowers are actually diluting the real case and evidence against Janiv and it appears that is something we may agree on - what Donald and the mob are doing now is hindering things, but they don't care because their goal is a pound of flesh at all costs.

I've known about Donald as far back as his first run in with the Salvation Army in a northern Alberta community I use to live in when it made the news. Almost 7 or 8 years ago now. I had met Donald in one of the local bars, but didn't have a discussion with him. I didn't know who he really was until the local news outlet ran the video he uploaded to social media at the time. That gave him visibility but not in a good way.
