Just use a trusted agency, like @WGkitty or any other trustworthy (ie, known to the Farmers, so if the money doesn't get where it should go, there'll be a reckoning) party who can act as a proxy. However, given that Donald is probably on Government Subsidies, that would have to be skirted. I'm not sure what the regs are governing cash donations, but thast might be treated as "income" and deducted from his social benefits stipend, albeit there might be a categoric exception for gifts, or if he is a ward, one could make a draft/EFT payable to his estate.

For exceptional individuals such as he (likely a ward) his funds will usually be held by a trustee, but the trustee might not give a shit about avoiding the fact that Donald's subsistence level state-sponsored incoming will possibly be offset by any "income" he makes.

Another workaround for this, might be figuring out what he really wants and passing the hat around the Farms, purchasing a gift for him, and shipping/delivering it to his residence. It might be wise to ensure the donations are not lost to the bureaucracy.

I would do that if I had a mailing address. Actually, I would send gift cards or a care package. I think it's bad form to use his home address, though. 1) They allowed Jonathan to keep his identity secret until the very end, his victims were not granted that.
2) They record the Tribunals (Audio) but you are not allowed access them. They are kept secret. Not even media can get them.
3) Audio recordings are transcribed several months AFTER the Tribunals are over and you have to jump through the Freedom of access hoops to get them and that process can take many months, even years.
4) HRT's are held in regular office buildings, you can walk by them 1000 times and not even know they are even there.
5) The media very very very rarely even talks about them even happening, so 99.9% of the population doesn't even know they are going on and a significant portion of the population don't even know what they are.
6) People dragged through them are not given access to any form of defense if they cannot afford them like a criminal court even though the penalties can go into the tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars.
7) There is no means of appeal or checks into the proceedings if you lose and the HRT made errors to cause you to lose.

HRT's in Canada are a Kangaroo court from top to bottom.

Donald previously said he'd get a year probation which would imply pleading guilty. I didn't watch Donald's long videos yesterday but apparently 2 charges are being stayed. That would mean he didn't plead guilty, and he didn't get probation, but he would have to avoid charges of any kind in the next 12 months or he could have the 2 stayed charges become active again. Possibly Donald considers that probation.

Days ago he said probation, then he said he was getting all charges dropped except 2 that would be stayed. What he finally said makes the most sense. He has a plea deal to get 1 year probation, and he's getting a suspended sentence. A suspended sentence is a criminal conviction without jail time, but usually comes with strict probation. This makes a lot of sense and jives with what John overheard. Having his charges stayed would have been something completely different. According to Donald he will be appearing before a judge in February at a "sentencing hearing". The judge is free to give a different sentence than what the Crown and defendant agree upon. In Canada final sentencing is left up to the judge, and the judge doesn't have to abide by the sentencing terms agreed to by the defendant and the Crown prosecutor. The sentence could be lighter or heavier (including jail time) than what has been agreed to.

I feel the biggest impact from within the court was the fabulous reporting from goinglikeelsie. She kept everyone up to date and made many, many people aware of both yaniv/his mother and the BCHRT itself. So any kudos I give to her. But like I said feel free to take the credit for your videos "lifting the veil of secrecy". I disagree with your assessment but hey ho.

My obscure Youtube channel got thousands of views on those videos and another channel called "Wax my balls" created solely to upload videos shot from inside the tribunal got tens of thousands of views.

The HRT made attempts to get them removed from Youtube. (Page 44 and 45) in the Tribunal decision.

I'm just a legal layperson but I thought that with a suspended sentence the charge is wiped from your record if you successfully complete the court ordered probation requirements. Does a person with a suspended sentence still have a criminal record of the conviction?

As you found out it is a conviction. You do plead guilty as well. If the judge agrees and hands a suspended sentence it effectively keeps you out of jail. If it had been "stayed" charges which is what Donald said he had a few days ago then in that case you don't end up pleading guilty. If The Crown suspends prosecution there is no pleading of guilty, and if you keep your nose clean for a period of time then the charges are dropped. Often 6-12 months and may depend on type of charge and jurisdiction. What you were probably thinking of is conditional or absolute discharges. In those cases you are found/plead guilty, serve a period of probation (no jail time) and if you have a clean record in that time the criminal conviction is removed from your record.

Donald hasn't actually been sentenced so his fate is actually not known. Since he claims his February court date is a "sentencing hearing" then one would have to conclude Donald entered a plea of guilty. The judge could give him discharge, suspended sentence, or he could serve jail time. His legal counsel and the Crown may have agreed upon sentence but the final say lies with the judge.

I never said Jessica is innocent. I am saying Donald is no angel. It is not logical to assume that I'm declaring Jessica innocent by painting Donald as an utter moron for the things he does. Both of them deserve to be in jail for the things they do.
