Someone posted in another forum about an inconsistency I missed. Donald previously said he'd get a year probation which would imply pleading guilty. I didn't watch Donald's long videos yesterday but apparently 2 charges are being stayed. That would mean he didn't plead guilty, and he didn't get probation, but he would have to avoid charges of any kind in the next 12 months or he could have the 2 stayed charges become active again. Possibly Donald considers that probation. #TheMoreYouKnow.
Jessica is notorious for baiting people so given John's views of Donald and his mental state from someone who knows him, that could be a concern.

If this happens, I blame you for giving Yaniv the idea AND also will be harboring a suspicion you possibly did it yourself to make your point on here seem valid. You seem to be nothing more than a shit disturber looking to become the next Keemstar. I also hope that your genuine in befriending Donald and not using him to virtue signal while planning to leave him in the dust once this Yaniv shit is done.

Nope, I help keep Donald focused and out of trouble when I'm at the same events, as do many others.
He's aware that he short circuits and appreciates people helping get back in control.
I can't be with him 24/7, so what he does when he's alone. I can't help.
If the cops haul him away because of one of Jonathan's bogus calls to 911 I'll be there at the station ready to let them know what's going on.
Jonathan called the cops and had them at the door during one of his livestreams, he had someone on the phone ready to explain the situation rationally.
Nice try with the grave thing though, It's you guys who have been targeted his extended family both living and dead.
Don't try to spin that on me. I'm not the one posting his families financial and genealogy records going back to the 30's.
Hell, I even sympathize with his mother whom I think is losing her sanity because of Jonathan
Unlike you and most others here, I was in a room for 3 whole days with both of them and got to see and hear things you did not.
Normally I'd sympathize with Jonathan as well for being mentally ill and not getting help but he's a lot more then wacked in the head, He's downright evil.
Many of the people here don't give a rats ass about the people he's targeted, this is just entertainment for you and your goal is to push Jonathan further and further
so he goes after more people to keep the show going. If he diddled a kid on camera you just watch and laugh and not call the police. No different then people
who stand filming things with their phone and doing nothing as innocent and weak people are mowed down or assaulted.

John didn't say 'all', he qualified it as 'many'. I don't put up with Donald's nonsense, nor do I accept Jessica's nonsense. But even I don't want to see Donald in trouble with the law, and if people like John can act as some kind of buffer before Donald does something stupid, fine. I do believe that John has good intentions but may be fuelling Donald to engage in activities that are going to continue to put Donald in potentially unlawful situations when John and people like him aren't around. As John suggests Donald needs some real psychiatric help and I believe he needs to develop proper coping mechanisms. I think Donald needs to use his time in ways that are more constructive. I do not believe that includes interacting with the public or police as an auditor or journalist unless he can resolve his mental health issues that make him so confrontational and aggressive. Donald wants to create confrontation because he thrives on it, and that is what will get him in more trouble.

It's about compartmentalization. This place plays the role of archivist and peanut gallery. Meow mixers play the role of agent provocateur and poo touchers. @JohnSouthern is an activist in the trenches, doing civil disobedience and guerrilla documentaries.
Consider this: Just because Donald has mental illness and intellectual challenges doesn't mean he should not follow his life purpose of ending police abuse. It's ableist bigotry to deny him that. Sure, he has special needs to keep him healthy and safe while doing it. I think he has the most to show for improving real life because of how he made the jail adopt safety smocks.
So I am saying all this as a member of the peanut gallery where we are free to share our opinions, and it's up to our personal consciences to decide whether and how to use the information catalogued here. Personal responsibility.

I was standing next to Donald when he got the call from his lawyers last Tuesday.
From what I remember but don't quote me on it. there was 11 charges and 9 of them were dropped. He was facing a year in jail.
From what I can gather and I haven't actually asked about any of this, He's facing serious restrictions on where he can be and who he can contact.
This could be related to his "Auditing" activities. He's been harassing a lot politicians and E-Comm (911 building) a lot lately.
He's been warned to stay away from Surrey Provincial court on December 5th where Yaniv is appearing on the weapons charges. (Taser).
Whether that's an actual court order on him to stay away or just the cops and or his lawyer telling him to keep away so nothing happens. I have no idea.
Talking to Donald is difficult because he starts to short circuit at random times. If you give him a job like setting up cameras and organizing bags and stuff
he's pretty good, focused. That's what people like Dan Dicks (Press for truth) and others do. give him something to focus on.
He needs mental help and he's not getting it from the people and places who should be giving it to him. That's a common problem in BC
They closed down most of the mental health services in BC and dumped people out on the street to fend for themselves.
It's the BCHRT rules. But not illegal.
HRT's are not courts, they are not held in courtrooms, they are just regular offices scattered around the country rented by each Provincial government.
There's no metal detectors, no Sheriffs, no cops.
You can bring phones, laptops and that sort of thing, just not record.
They even supply free Wi-Fi in the offices with no password.
I was not the only one who recorded inside the Tribunal.
The "Wax my balls" channel on Youtube was featured in the Tribunal ruling on pages 44 and 45.
They made an effort to have Youtube pull them down and were denied. I never received any complaints or take down notices on my videos.
I didn't even know Donald when I made those recordings, I saw him with Dan Dicks but that was about it.
Donald didn't show up at the Tribunals until July 26th. I made my recording on the 16th and 16th of the same month.
The first time I actually talked at length with Donald was on September 11 2019 at the Trudeau rally in Vancouver
where I recording the Native protester threatening Indian and Chinese immigrants coming out.

The 10 or 11 charges will be his case in Calgary. It's also the only case that I am aware of where he has legal representation. Wonder if the original restrictions have been tightened. He has the Vancouver EComm charges which are separate with a court case in January, and I'm unsure about the nature of the situation where he has some kind of peace bond related to an incident threatening to show up a Vancouver officer's home. I had an opportunity to catch up on some of the longer videos last night and he clearly is saying "stayed" charges. Could be that his legal representative pretty much told him what he's going to need to do to stay out of trouble for a year if he doesn't want those stayed charges activated. Getting most charges dismissed and a couple stayed, it appears the system worked and Donald probably got a very good outcome on that. If Donald doesn't change his attitude that could be very difficult for him to do for a year, because with stayed charges you have to avoid ANY kind of new charges for a year to avoid going back to court. I can't speak to the current state of mental health programs in this country, but I have a generally low opinion of what they can offer people.

Donald does what he does and has been for years.
I didn't even know him when I first saw him at the Yaniv tribunal on July 26th 2019.
The only thing I said to him that day was, "keep out of the way of the cops"
He was with Dan Dicks helping him with his gear and holding the camera for him during interviews.
Dan Dicks gives jobs like that to Donald to keep him focused and out of trouble.
I genuinely like Donald, under all that weird behavior which is tied to his mental health because of his fucked up upbringing in foster and group homes
he's a really nice guy who cares about the weak.
I was with him half the day last Tuesday, we couldn't get 30 feet down the street without him stopping to say hi to complete strangers
and going over to check on people who were sleeping on the street.
The "Hi guys, how is it going. glad to see you!" that Donald does at the start of his videos and streams is the real Donald.
Even the radical leftists at the protests he goes to don't really hate him. They feel pity for him and generally leave him alone

At a minimum I believe an officer in Langley issued him that piece of advice/warning on the phone when Donald phoned up to find out about Jessica's call to them that evening. Donald's video yesterday suggests he may go anyway on December 5th. This is the kind of thing Donald has to stop doing, and people who know him try to reign him in. If he goes to that court appearance on the fifth he's already increasing his chances of a problem and potential for arrest given he's already been warned. If he gets *charged* for that it, the crown in Alberta could reactivate his stayed charges.
