Donny isn't very computer literate I agree. Given the fact he couldn't figure out how to set up Paypal for a while and then proceeded to be stumped at the login to Kiwi Farms and couldn't figure out what Alex Jones was saying.
One of the charges against him (and probably would have been a tough one to pin on him) was hacking into another person's system. However, with that being said Donny has his not so anonymous friend (who he doesn't name but we all know who he refers to) who purports to have been part of Anonymous that will hack things for Donald. Donald has made that claim publicly.
If you go by what Donald says, knows, and does he may be not be very computer literate but at least one person he knows and considers a friend could more than pull it off. However, I doubt that person would be stupid enough to do it given that Donald paints a huge target on them.
PS: spoofing email addresses can easily be done even for the computer illiterate as there are some online sites that make it easy. However, in one case an email I saw didn't appear to even be from one of Donald's known email accounts. If true it is pretty lotech to create an account with Donald's name in it and hit send.

The Farms is a public forum in a private proprietorship commercial entity, hosted out of the US I believe, so their laws apply. But technically, it's a private business, so we're bound by the rules of Josh and his delegates.
However, there is the possibility that the rules of interaction with non-combatants don't apply to Yaniv. He's repeatedly attacked members and delegates of Dear Leader. I think he hasn't talked shit about Jersh, but he has dodged the interview requests.
Therefore, he is an active player on the board, which means that different rules apply. He's not a non-combatant, he's an asshole with confirmed kills.
