For what it's worth this guy at least doesn't stick the hand in the soup needlessly, he even went as far as pouring from the ladle into his hand for tasting. This puts him in the top 1% of the thread in hygiene.

But why do these slop artisans have to spill so much food everywhere all the time during preparation and serving?

That's horrifying. No one should have to live like this. This guy only makes six dollars a week scavenging meat from garbage. At least there's care put into making it look edible. Doesn't change the fact that it's garbage though.

That might be a day old bird of some kind, but it absolutely is NOT chicken. Anyone who has ever been to a farm or even seen chicken chicks on tv knows they do not look like that at all a day after hatching, with long necks and legs like this.

It's probably whatever random bird they caught. It's like when you try to pass off imitation crab as crab. A lot of people won't read the label on a tub of seafood salad if they are in a hurry for lunch.

There's a lot of videos where he walks off and says no absolutely not I am not eating this. Sometimes he will decide after ordering and still pays for it but just doesn't eat it. And will push back on a lot of the scammy prices. They're not really 'fooling' him. They're just selling him food. It's the same as everyone else would get. Which is the problem.
