One of my favorite guilty pleasures is watching those videos of absolutely nasty and fetid street food.
The shit where they have dudes running their hands around in it and throwing rice and curry and shit everywhere.
Post your favorites here. Ill start:

This is my favourite example of horrifying, culturally diverse street food. I don't think I've seen anything that tops the absolute horror that is Chinese gutter oil used to cook their street food.

My great uncle went to India once and he never wanted to go back, describing it as one of the most disgusting places. The food was one of them.

Khlav kalash. Eastern European men will sell you this meat-on-a-stick slop out of their food karts in New York City. If you are hungry enough to actually eat one, make sure you have something to wash it down with, like crab juice.

I remember reading somewhere that 40-50% of street carts in NYC prepare their food in unsanitary conditions. From serving the same batch of dogs multiple days in a row to meats being kept un-refrigerated for long periods of time. Or the fact the city is a dusty, smoggy shithole with trash everywhere that gets caught in the breese and deposited on all surfaces.
