Cartoonist Scott Adams has died after a battle with prostate cancer.

Adams' first ex-wife, Shelly, revealed the news during a live stream on "Real Coffee with Scott Adams."

We broke the story ... Shelly told us just yesterday that Scott entered hospice and was receiving end-of-life care amid his rapidly declining health. She said nurses were going in and out of the home while she, her daughter and her sister were providing care as well.

Scott even recorded a podcast episode during which he acknowledged it may be his last ever ... which feels even more poignant now given his passing.

Scott was 68.

Story developing ...

Converted right before he left huh? Wonder whether that would work?

Knowledgeable Christianbros, response?

He's with the Lord
Wonder if he completed his baptism before he passed
I don't believe that baptism itself is required to be saved, but I hope he did in fact find Christian faith like he discussed.

Edit: per the pinned post, his last statement was that he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior:

R.I.P. I really enjoyed his early Dilbert comics. Young me thought that Saint Dogbert was one of the funniest things to ever exists. Here's the one you can still sometimes spot all yellowed out on office fridges, cubicles and bulletin boards.

He only Chudded out a couple years before his death. Much like Trump himself he spent the majority of his career as a 90s or moderate Democrat or whatever you want to call it.
So was I. I even voted for Obama in '08 but somewhere around 2015 I realized I was a straight Christian white man and had to find another party.

RIP Scott. You were one of the good ones

I've been following many of his morning Real Coffee podcasts since 2018 and the dude has legit been a rock to my sanity during the COVID and Biden Dark Age. There were some things he espoused that I vehemently disagreed on, but by all accounts he was on the ball with his observations on the last several years of our political and cultural zeitgeist. I'm heartbroken he's no longer of this world. (:_(

I hate to say it and hope I'm wrong but I have some reasons to wonder.
One thing the Bible is quite clear on is that faith is required to truly be saved, just saying the words is not enough, you have to genuinely believe in your heart that 1) Jesus Christ is the son of God and 2) that he died to redeem mankind and 3) that Jesus dying bought salvation for those who believe in him.

Even without going into Bible spergery about works vs faith, acts of service etc - what's clear is that true faith is required.

The part of Scott's final words that is being left out of a lot of reports is what troubles me. He basically states that he is approaching it from a risk/reward perspective as a skeptic and nonbeliever. I can't and don't know how he actually felt at his last moments but simply saying "well it makes more sense to say I accept Jesus and possibly go to heaven" does not seem like someone who truly believes. Like I said I hope I'm wrong.

RIP. I wish he would have gone with a little bit more dignity at the end, streaming from your hospital bed is grim.

Did Scott even have any friends or family left that weren't twitter rightoid grifters? I shouldnt be hearing his last words from fucking Jack Posobiec lmfao

From now on, January 13th will be known as "Avoid Black People Day". Every other day too, but this one is official.

Man, that was fast....
Grief is often incoherent. I read a lot of rationalizations that his son, deeply lost in addiction and probably nursing a lot of anger at the world around him, was destined for an early death. That there was no scenario where enough love and support could've brought him out

Rob Reiner tried to support a mentally ill druggie Son with every supportive thing he could think of, look where that got him.

While it upsets our modern sensibilities? Even moreso if you are a leftist? It is not immoral or questionable to cut off people who can't be fixed.

Fact check:
Was he vaxxed? Yes
Did he decide it was a mistake eventually? Yes
Did he try any weird cancer treatments? Kind of. He asked his Dr about ivermectin (sp) and they said it wouldn't hurt. He says it didn't seem to help. He followed the normal treatments also. He didn't pull a Steve Jobs.
Does the dilberito taste good? No
Did he use assisted suicide? No
Should you stay away from blacks? Yes
