Given the canon I remember about that show, no, it shouldn't affect him at all. He should be able to turn intangible and phase out because it's not either special technology or from the afterlife. Otherwise, the art just bothers me aside from the fetish aspect. They don't understand how lighting works at all and the art's just bad. On top of that, I'm not sure what the location is. A street? Jail?
