Well, every one of that "artist"s images have them bare feet, half with the feet straight up on the camera angle so I'd say it was specified in the prompt. Its a gooner image, duh, and you know it.

The person that drew this did it as a commission. They do a lot of stuff. As for the person who actually wanted it made it's because it's their fetish, obviously. There's several others and the guy seemed pretty cool in the interviews and stuff he did when it first got popular a fair few years ago.
