This is an arraignment, not the actual trial. This is where we will find out if they outright charge him with a misdemeanor or knock it down. Either he will get out of it or they will schedule an actual court date.

The way courts operate, I'm not doubting you at all. Seeing Ethan Ralph face some consequences for his actions for a change would be nice, but I have a feeling either his lawyer, his alligator tears, or both will get him a slap on the wrist yet again.

I just really hope he doesn't kill someone. Sounds like he's come pretty close already with that civil suit he has pending.
 
Wouldn't this court date be withdrawn if they were going to offer him a plea? Not sure if that is obvious or not, I don't drive like an asshole.

I assumed that was the purpose of the pre-trial community service, to prevent this from ever going to trial.

If that's the case, then he might actually be looking at a supsension of his license. Which based on his Legal history in Virginia, seems like a reasonable outcome to this. Plus he has already used his option for traffic school and at least where I am from, you only get one shot at that.

No, before you're arraigned you have nothing to plead to. If it's going to happen (or the arraignment gets waived), a plea will happen on the already scheduled court date, not months from then.

Ralph needs to walk on this. He must not be convicted of a crime until the literal last day of his suspended sentence... triggering it and requiring him to serve the jail time anyway.
 
I just don’t see any scenario where the state lets Ralph keep his driver’s license. Usually when they suspend your license, they make an exception for you to drive to work. Many people use that to still drive around on a suspended DL. Ralph doesn’t have a job to go to and will have no excuse when busted for driving on a suspended DL. Watch this space for more charges in the near future.

Nice job Ralph! You have nobody to blame for these driving charges. You are a failure at life, keep it up…
 
Last night I reread the Ethan Oliver Ralph defendant thread and was floored at how much of a revolving door our justice system is. This fat retard has has done nothing but endanger people with reckless driving. leak sex tapes and swing at female cops and he's out walking free. If our justice system is suppose to deter crime it's failing massively.
 
I halfway expect him to set up a new "uber fund" goal every show if his license gets revoked. To be met by conveniently timed anonymous donations, of course.

He'll walk with a huge fine but I'm not so confident anymore. What prompts a person to drive 65 in a 30. He really is solidifying the case of pickup truck non-tradie drivers being massive pieces of human scum that needs a bigger vehicle to compensate for their micropenis. I've yet to encounter a non-tradie pickup driver that's not a total blithering cunt.

He hasn't literally killed someone or pissed off someone willing to nail him to the wall. As long as he doesn't cause too much of a stir in a single act he'll stay free. Higher class people have assets to take which keep them from doing this shit, Ralph is broke.
