Allegedly. If we consider the Dingo leak, his main concern is “number one.” He is truly terrified of jail more than anything else. He will do everything he can to prevent this from happening. I imagine he still may show his face and cry to the judge in person. He probably said that to deter the a-lawgs from hunting him down.

The truth is Ralph has a very long history of endangering society with his reckless driving. There’s chance despite his efforts the court will rape his fat ass behind an Arby’s like Adrienne Blair did.

He doesn’t have that level for foresight. It’s just when the threat is imminent. If the case was dismissed he would be doing 100 mph will blasting “God’s Plan” out of the court parking lot.

Why is Ralph so shit scared of Adrienne Blair's restraining order, but not of any of the Vicker's restraining order?

What makes Adrienne Blair's restraining order so much more effective?

Did the judge who granted it, actually say to Ralph flat out that if he breaks it, he will be jailed?

Or she just isn't a weak cunt who will roll over for the pigman's bullshit, or sabotage any legal case she has by incessantly sperging about him on social media while claiming to be terrified by him a la Vickers.

He knows what will happen when he mouths off to someone who isn't completely weak, and goes into full belly-up submission and takes the beating, just like Ronnie taught him to take it.

Ralph is allegedly off for a week. I hope he’s delivering the first child support payment in person. Probably court though… or any other myriad white trash life events.

It could be a matter of the proximity of jurisdiction of enforcing the restraining order. Faith’s order is from California and a bit geographically far away to really enforce. I don’t know where Ade got hers, but it’s likely closer to home for Ralph.

It's still being charged as an actual crime.

Most traffic tickets are charged as infractions. This is an actual misdemeanor and the 11:30 hearing is an arraignment.

It would be shocking if it isn't wrangled down to something non-criminal, possibly with a hefty fine, but it's currently a crime which would be a violation of his terms of release. That means they have him over a barrel if they want to have him plead to something with a bigger fine but no criminal penalties.

He's actually a colossal idiot pig to be facing even the possibility of jail time for just how shitty and incompetent a driver he is.

I'm surprised it has taken this long, tbh. His incompetence and the cavalier attitude that comes with it is really unbelievable: passing bigrigs on the shoulder of an east coast freeway, reckless speeding, streaming himself openly consuming drugs while travelling interstate and constantly checking his phone, driving drunk, and that's just within the past year.

Revoking his license would be a boon not only for the public safety of the people of Virginia, but also for the wellbeing of Meigh and their infant daughter.

It's just an arraignment, so if they don't resolve it so that it's non-criminal, trial date will be later. I suppose he could enter a guilty plea to a crime but that would be staggeringly stupid even for the Gunt.
