Also just a minor nitpick but I didn't include anything encouraging people to interact with the Gunt, the information contained is meant to aid exclusively in documenting the rage pig. Probably best to observe from a distance anyways because of the smell. Plus, he'll just accidentally dox his house within the month, more than likely.

Theoretically, I think it’d be more amusing if some of his community service colleagues just so happened to be big fans of the Killstream and made soo-ey noises just within earshot every so often.

“YAWH HONAH, I DID MAH BEST TO PICK UP DAT TRASH OFF THA HIGHWAY, BUT DADDY JIM JUS WOULDN LEAVE ME ALONE!”

Did he walk over and piss on the guy's car? Or did he really not have insurance?
I believe that Ralph probably did something insanely retarded like getting out of his car and full blown chimping out at the person he nearly killed. His fat retard brain absolutely auto-piloted itself to go into full blame/deflect mode in the most aggressive possible way. I bet the poor guy got an earful of bullshit and aggression from - as well as nearly getting killed by - Ralph.

It's kind of fucked up that a judge who makes a negligent decision that results in real harm can't be sued though.
Often the "wrong" decision they make is just because they followed the directions of a higher court that they were obligated to follow. Until the higher court changes its mind, they're bound by that. So why should they be punished for following the law as it is and not as they may wish it were?

Judges routinely have to make decisions they personally disagree with.

Judges also generally can't be charged with most crimes, iirc
Actually they can and when they do commit crimes normies would also be punished for, they're generally removed from the bench. The occurrence of such events is so rare that when it actually does happen, it's generally a big news story.

Can you imagine the horror of the other driver? He t-bones a car and sees a retarded dwarf exist the vehicle thinking the disemboweled looking belly was what he did, and figures he is the one who is fucked with a lawsuit against himself from a cripple.

Instead he finds out he may have hit the jackpot and can land a Gucci bag and frequent flyer miles.

Damn, I was hoping to delete that post and edit it to be a bit less retarded sounding.

What I meant was that prosecutors tend to be friends with judges and would likely exercise prosecutorial discretion in all but the most extreme cases, letting petty /minor shit slide.

And that would be completely true, and also for the public defenders. These lawyers can often be found on the golf course together.

Remember those looney tunes where the wolf and the sheepdog clocked in for their jobs and were total enemies when they were on the clock but then friends once they weren't being paid to be enemies?

That's reality.

Also true of athletes and politicians and really any competitive, high pressure career. In Barbarians at the Gate it talks about how these corporate raiders would all but threaten to kill each other over these deals but then hang out in the Hamptons like nothing happened.

Now that I think about it, I'm wondering if this guy could also sue the state for negligence? Are there any lawfags in here that could find a way to Saul Goodman this into an actual case?

Here's the argument that I've come up with: Ralph should have already been in jail, but was let off easy by the judge. If Ralph had been in jail, the accident would not have happened, and the plaintiff would not have been injured. Therefore the state of Virginia bears legal responsibility for letting Ralph off with the revenge porn charge. This judge is partially responsible for the accident.

Is that a legal argument that one could make? Would it work?
At the very least, is it possible to use this argument to scare the judge into giving the plaintiff a big payout?
No.

I sincerely hope Ralph doesn't end up behind the bars for something as stupid as a traffic violation. Not only would it be highly anticlimactic, but it would also mean a content draught lasting God knows how many months. Having to suffer in a prison of his own making is a far more fitting punishment for the Gunt; free and yet a slave to his evergrowing hedonistic desires, constantly on the run from the alogs, the justice system, the broodmare and his own hellspawn, the mounting stress, the sense of impending doom from the unavoidable financial ruin, all while the Sisyphean task of owning the Karen Farms grows exponentially more difficult by the day as the walls of his proverbial pigpen close in on him. That's the optimal environment for five star content production for the undisputed king of the lolcow sector.

Cost analysis shows that jail time would extend Ralph’s life. This would pay bigger dividends for his investors int he long run. (the KF, his one and only audience).
We can pay a little now for bigger rewards, or keep riding the RagePig till his heart explodes sooner rather than later.

Not too sure I believe this. I understand where your logic comes from, but when someone constantly loses then gains the weight back, it's extremely hard on one's heart. He already has heart issues due to his excessive weight, sedentary lifestyle and award winning drug abuse issues, he is already playing on borrowed time.

Ah sweet. Ralph is gonna fund one of those black people he's so fond of. How nice of him.
Real talk: If (God forbid) Ralph goes to prison for something, how is he supposed to pay child support? And would a prison sentence have any impact on whether or not he’d be forced to follow a court order and pay Mr. Lowry? I’m just curious if prison really could be the best possible outcome for Ralph at this point. I think he’d consider it if only to get away from Mantsu.

He's not paying a dime inside or outside of prison. I never expected a piece of human lard like Ethan Ralph to support any of his spawn. He's likely not even paying Cozy.tv Rozy any attention, let alone feeding her/it.

I’m not saying he’s paying. I’m asking how courts regard prison sentences as they relate to the convict’s ability to pay shit like child support and lawsuit judgments.

Reading up on this, it turns out to be more complicated than I thought. It varies state by state and seems to have changed recently in a lot of places to go a little easier on the incarcerated. It used to be that by and large going to prison was considered "voluntary" unemployment or underemployment in this context (similar to taking a job that pays well underneath your previously demonstrated ability to earn) so you got no relief. Nowadays, at least in Virginia, if you go away for more than 180 days you can petition for an adjustment of what you owe in light of the circumstances.

Medicaid has paid for Rozy’s birth, plus her and May’s medical care. WIC and EBT has covered the rest of the expenses. I think the most Gunt has spent on Rozy was the tourist onsie from Lisbon airport. Alogs have spent more out of pocket on diapers than Gunt.

But this is normal for the Gunt. Medicaid, welfare and SSI is what kept the entire Ralph clan afloat for most of Gunt’s life. Evan was the only deserving member of the household.

Interesting. I imagine that if a real man with a job was paying child support and was facing jail time, a judge might take that into account.
This explains Bog Brain (typo) Ralph’s 180 from ‘I will be seeking my own restraining order’ to 8 hours later ‘actually I might have a custody agreement now!’
Turns out Pig Man does scare when it comes to jail.
