Not sure where to put this. Guess I’ll put it here, since it’s related to one of Ralph’s legal matters:

This was posted on Twitter by an account “Finger Guns Akimbo” (@XtacyOfThinking). It appears to be a screenshot of a Discord with Daiymo sharing his DM exchange with Ralph. It can be inferred that Ralph is referring to Faith’s diary.

I can’t see a date on the DM exchange, or the name of the recipient.

Knowing Ralph’s track record, he’s probably lying. And if Daiymo authenticates that message, it can be admitted to show that Ralph is guilty, and that he’s a liar.

EDIT: “Finger Guns Akimbo” posted what appears to be a Discord log for “The Council of Evil.” This I assume is the source of screenshot he posted. See the attachment (html file, 7.8 mb).

How is a prosecutor going to brush this flagrant violation off as not worth bothering about when this coupled with the phone call could finally mean seeing Ralph actually pay for what he did proper?

Judges and prosecutors actually aim to keep the jails clear (due to high occupancy rates) as much as possible, but if a criminal like Ralph keep prodding them, the bear is going to bite back.

Given the legal issues facing Ralph in July I'd say it's not a lawyer he is going to need - but a priest.

Oh, I'm sure they'll find a way. You gotta keep in perspective just how many pieces of shit are out there committing heinous crimes. Most (but not all) of Ralph's crimes are misdemeanors, and are generally low priority compared to felonies.

That being said, the evidence here (assuming it's authentic) is overwhelming. It would be damning if he had merely given the diary to Pantsu and let her pass it to Daiymo, but Ralph contacted Daiymo directly with his verified Twitter account. And because Ralph enlisted other people to help him commit the crime, the prosecutor could charge him with a felony under Cal. Pen. § 182 (conspiracy "to commit any crime"). That's in addition to the fact that he's on a suspended sentence, and has another pending misdemeanor in MD. If the prosecutor wanted to ruin his year, she could very easily.
 
Just last month Ralph was bragging about going six months without getting into trouble with his suspended sentence, as if that's some kind of accomplishment.

Jesus Christ, Ralph, now you're closer to jail time than before the sentence. Is it that hard to tweet less than 40 times a day and not drive drunk?

Ralph’s legal defense, as always, is: “you don’t have me on video doing it while holding two forms of identification and signing a sworn document that I was there so it won’t hold up in court.”

For Ralph, yes, it’s very hard. If he really wanted to impress the judge, he’d check himself into rehab. That’s an IRL stream I’d pay to watch.

This is the kicker, the revenge porn gave him a suspended sentence but now he is harassing the victim of the revenge porn who also has a restraining order against him. He’s on a razor’s edge. The sentence becomes in un-suspended if he fucks up.

yeah, but let's not use Ralph's logic either. If he for some reason ended up behind bars it will most likely be because of the revenge porn, not the diary, not insane driving, not what ever else conviction he might get. When Pig hollers DO THEY REALLY THiNK THEY"LL LOCK ME UP OVER TRAFFiC TiCKET the answer is no, not because of the ""ticket"" but because of the revenge porn is more likely. He has jail time hanging above his head at all times.

I don’t just think, I know. He’s done a year in jail before. It sucked but he did it and he picked up his grift right where he left it off because he still had the tools for the job. Take away the check, the only tool still left in his box, and he’s finished, AND he knows it.

They also don't need to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt to violate him. They only need to prove by a preponderance of the evidence, the same standard as in a civil suit, because he's only not in prison right now on sufferance. It won't look good if he's harassing the very same victim. Ralph is a genuine fucking idiot who belongs in prison.

I still wouldn't get hopes up too high but I think we're past the point where the acoofalypse is going to keep many people out of jail.

Also despite the low burden of proof on the prosecution, they have nearly unlimited discretion to choose not to go after a violation or to use a lesser sanction than incarceration.

That said this prosecutor probably hoped to move on from this and not have to deal with this ugly retarded gimp-faced motherfucker any more, so if he is being pestered about him again, he (or apparently she?) might decide to make the whole thing worth his time.

In a just world, yes. Indisputably.

But, however, and beside the point; when he is not trying to kill people with willful negligence, he is also funny as hell because, likewise, he cannot stop harming himself physically, mentally, emotionally, or socially. This is reason enough to allow him to scurry across the continental US in a frenzy repeatedly getting his ass kicked, verbally or otherwise and possibly self-inflicted, all along the way.
The answer is not prison, but just enough of a threat of prison time that pushes him into going maximum retard at all times. Hopefully without him driving drunk in a school zone with the express intent to score tally marks on his bumper.

This is the only reason I’d like to see this selfish piece of shit go back to prison— so he can’t kill innocent people with his faggot-ass drunk driving.
