We know Gunt didn’t go to the hospital because he couldn’t afford to but judging by the car and Gunt’s injuries I’m sure Mr. Lowry went to the ER.

Gunt never even mentioned if the guy he slammed into was ok or anything else. He’s lucky he didn’t kill the guy. Lowry would have got it a lot worse hitting head on than Gunt getting hit on the passenger side.

It isn't federal, it's state, and Maryland's public records policy is shit. Someone would have to physically go down and get it, or pay a runner service to do it, or get an account in their limited access electronic system, which is seemingly only open to lawyers and people involved in the case. Although there's a form for supposedly "public" access, it still asks what you have to do with the case and what case it is.

Send them an email with a link to this subforum would provide them with enough ammunition to completely destroy Ralph. The plaintiff also has a "racism" complaint to make once he sees how many times Ralph has been let off the hook by law enforcement for all of the horrifically illegal shit that he's done in the past. Here's the argument that I've come up with: Ralph should have already been in jail, but was let off easy by the judge. If Ralph had been in jail, the accident would not have happened, and the plaintiff would not have been injured. Therefore the state of Virginia bears legal responsibility for letting Ralph off with the revenge porn charge. This judge is partially responsible for the accident.

Is that a legal argument that one could make? Would it work?
At the very least, is it possible to use this argument to scare the judge into giving the plaintiff a big payout?

Not sure if this is best suited for this thread or the Gunt Hunt thread, but if Ralph is doing community service, those types of punishments are on a very strict regimented schedule. For example: every Tuesday and Wednesday 8am-12pm. They are typically structured in four or eight-hour multiples since defendants almost always are sentenced in multiples of four or eight hours for community service. This makes scheduling days of community service for defendants streamlined.

What I'm getting at here is that it would be pretty easy to spot the Gunt in the wild, as even most urban counties have their community service work crews all in one van driving around a set route (usually a contract with a shittier side of the city/county). All you'd have to find out is the specific court he's required to do it under, and then find out what that court's work crew hours/days are, which is usually easy to find.

A dedicated local autist could probably take the times it's confirmed piggy is in this specific geographic area and compare that with a couple days' worth of data of when he really starts tweeting (probably around the time he arrives home - accounting for the occasional driving tweet). Compare those and you have a more or less confirmed gunt radius.

Of course, if May has to drive him to those (which is likely but unconfirmed), a Gunt residence radius may not be feasible, but maybe locals can snap a 2022 live garbage burgers pic at the least.
