Here’s who Reethan’s LOLyer will be going up against in his Civil case. I doubt this guy’s a big fan of the Killstream

Matter fact, he IS a big fan of the Killstream, he personally served me and asked to shake my hand!

Man, where is Rekieta? He's been gone for like a week, he should really drop by Richmond's courthouse and cover Ralph's trails live this is much better than that Depp stuff.

What is it Ralphy? Why were you summoned to court, you claimed it wasn't your fault at all and you totally weren't distracted by your phone, reading the posts on your subforum and seething at the autism thunderdome chat.

Looks like Ralph can add a civil case for the Maryland traffic accident to the list, which makes me think his insurance didn't pay out:
Looks like someone would have to go to Prince George's County Circuit Court to the clerk's office to get any copies of this stuff thanks to Maryland's primitive-ass system.
And the insurer was a big fan of the killstream:
"This has never happened to me in my life." Has this asshole pickled his brain with alcohol so much he doesn't remember all the other times he's claimed this?

The lawyer Ethan is up against specialises in neglect and abuse too. Maybe Sandra can be reanimated and sue her worthless lazy son who wanted her to take an Uber to a life-saving dialysis treatment and neglected her to death because he's too lazy to get a needle.
Add Ronnie too because even though he was a gross wife beater, his son, Ethan Ralph, allowed his severely mentally ill father to literally die and rot for weeks, instead of make sure Ronnie was at least safe. The bare minimum was too much for Ralph.

It's very, very rare for someone with insurance to be sued after an accident since it's the job of said insurance company to settle everything and make both parties happy. I can't think of a reason otherwise, they even cover the other party's deductible if it's determined they weren't at fault.
The complaint itself probably explains why they're suing and the insurance company isn't a party.

hmmmm...at this point we may need to crowd fund to get Silicon Valley to create an App to track all of Ralphs problems. Just legally. It's getting hard to keep track of the bullshit.

Holy fuck, Ethan Ralph having a Patrick Tomlinson side quest thrown into the mix is fucking amazing. If he gets a lien on his pigpen im gonna laugh my fuckin ass off.

Is Ralph still using his officer assault-cum-family court lawyer to go up against this guy?

NAL but I think that you would sue the individual and then the insurance company would step in and provide legal support and pay for anything that is covered under the policy, however that almost never gets to court.
Nah you go after the insurance company first if you can because theyre the ones with the deeper pockets, and more likely to settle than fight, just to cut their losses.

Correct me if I am wrong, and I might be, theres just way too much happening now, lol. Wasn't Ralph driving home from his trip to Vegas where he had had a "cardiac episode" right before flying home and receiving nitrous oxide? Wouldn't that be something that could inhibit his ability to drive?

I'm not sure if this applies the same in the US as in Canada, but so far as I know nitrous oxide wouldn't prevent driving but having a heart condition serious enough to require it would.

My bad, I was incorrect on the chemical. It was nitroglycerin. I did some digging and yes, the timeline is correct, heart episode, hospital, nitro, cross country flight, car crash. This is certainly on him.

The plaintiff lives here. This suburb is high-class with 88% black. I repeat, 88% black. 3% white.

Welcome to the thunder dome my friends.

Ah sweet. Ralph is gonna fund one of those black people he's so fond of. How nice of him.
Yeah.

I got the image from a real estate listing. On google maps when you try and go down the driveway to all the apartment buildings there it won’t let you.

I guess the google maps driver wasn’t brave enough.interesting crime stats and other noteworthy things about the suburb. If he hit a white guy from this suburb Ralph should probably buy a lottery ticket.

They probably saw Ralph and his Gucci purse, did some background research where he was bragging about his Vegas winnings and thought they must of hit payday.

"I've spent more money paying for William Lowry's new shoes than you've spent on totaled cars, BISH"

This is fucking amazing. He fled the state to avoid getting serviced by a man who believes Ralph's lies about how much money he really has.

Interesting to note Ralph's insurance company isn't listed as a defendant.
So this means the guy is sueing Ralph personally, right ? I would think if insurance didn't pay, they'd be listed as a defendant. But I don't know I've never been in a court being sued before.
Like was said above. Ralph likely only had state minimum which in VA is only 20k for property and 25k for medical. If thats the case then the insurance company just paid out those maxes and the guy has to sue Ralph directly for the difference.

It would be funny if the guy decided to sue after googling ralph and seeing his verified twitter bragging about how much money he makes and the new truck. And again ralph's own big mouth end's up fucking him over.

I'll bet 20k couldn't even replace this guy's car ralph wrecked.
