It was from a cps report or something, i dont think its ever been found, i totally believe daniels retarded mother dropped him on his head when he was a baby and had to take him to a hospital and they are mandated to report shit like that to child protective services.

The hammer thing is total bullshit, daniel did this all the time he would make false claims about all his care providers for sympathy.

Never thought I'd see someone take the "not MY pitbull" defense and apply it to schizos. But big lol at the "just don't provoke them". A little too on the nose.

It's not a shitpost, and I never said "just don't provoke them". I said, if you provoke them, expect them to respond. Are you stupid or something?
It's also not about unwittingly provoking them, it's about intentionally doing it. We're literally in the Daniel Larson thread, the poster of child of intentionally aggravting a schizo, and you come up with this? I ask again, are you stupid or something?
 
In some videos he is clearly reacting to people and things that are not there and he doesn't seem to understand that even if he were a famous singer that the law still applies to him, it blows my mind that Daniel could be ruled sane enough to stand trial. Even if they do drug him up enough that he doesn't shout at the judge there is no way he is going to understand what is going on around him. Remember he thought the feds who were investigating him were working for him when he met with them, I'd be shocked if there is a brain in his skull.
 
being ruled competent to stand trial just means you have enough mental faculties to know where you are, and to not disrupt court proceedings by shouting or gibbering incoherently, talking to people that aren't there, or going full-on poop-throwing crazy. If you are ruled not fit to stand trial, that doesn't mean the charges magically go away, they just stick you in a padded cell and medicate you until you become sane enough to stand trial. A defense lawyer cannot issue motions to have the charges dropped or reduced due to the defendant's insanity until the trial actually starts, and the trial can't start until the defendant is sane enough to sit still and be quiet in the court room.

Once this show gets going, it will become apparent to any judge that this lunatic is coocoo for cocoa-puffs, and will grant an insanity plea to get him out of their courtroom before the drugs wear off and he starts talking about Grace again. Hell, the lawyer already has his work cut out for him, just present the judge the 16-page document of the findings from the competency hearing and after reading through it he'll probably grant it on the spot.

None of this means Danny is going to walk free, after the almost assured insanity ruling he's going to spend at least a few months or maybe several years in a mental hospital until they deem him competent and trustworthy enough to stay on his meds without supervision.

It’s an extreme overcorrection. Lot of schizophrenics are dangers only to themselves but to act as if their inherent unpredictability doesn’t make them a risk is just libtard copium.

Larson is violent. The only reason he hasn’t successfully hurt someone is because he’s comically frail. Like a 1HP chicken in an RPG kind of frail.

Edit: to answer the other parts you said, you don’t need to provoke them. They’re like pitbulls, something is wrong in their brain, because of this they eventually lash out.

People apparently are oblivious to how low the standard is to stand trial. You don't just get to be a tard and go around committing crimes and never stand trial.

He probably doesn't qualify for not guilty by reason of insanity either, but he probably does have a diminished capacity defense, especially considering he was more or less provoked into his crazy acts by a horde of demented losers even scummier than he is.

If he is relegated to a home, what sort of home would take him as he has been thrown out of several? Are there special ones geared towards more violent nutters that would make sure Larson is kept on his antipsychotics? He would need somewhere to go after serving whatever his sentence is, and he clearly cannot take care of himself.

people seem think being found incompetent to stand trial is a get out of jail free card. it is not, usually they are institutionalized with the goal of getting them to a point where they can stand trial. sometimes that day never comes, and they’re kept in a strictly monitored institution forever

we have absolutely GOT to bring back large, government-run, highly transparent asylums. there is no other way around the problem of how many mentally ill people a country with 350,000,000 people has. we simply cannot just keep doing this catch and release shit, and straight up life in prison for someone like daniel larson is obviously just too much, he needs a mental institution to live in. they can even do whatever basic menial labor these types are capable of and earn a bit of wage or help pay a debt to society for us housing and feeding them (in addition to just not having violent retards around everywhere, and not having to mass execute them for just being born retarded and broken.)

the bar is high, the standard is low. it's a terminology mixup. essentially, it is VERY HARD to be found incompetent to stand trial in this way. daniel would have to be more than just mildly retarded, as he seems to be designated with a room temp IQ.
