So, the percentage of the population of the federal prison system (prison system!) of the US that is Black is 38.5%, while the Black population of the US as a whole is 14.4%. Meaning that Blacks make up a disproportionately high percentage of the inmate population relative to their overall representation in the country. How does this square with your belief that Whites get punished worse than Blacks? Does this factor indicate a bias for Blacks and against Whites, or vice versa? If they're letting all them niggers off with slaps on the wrist, surely there'd be fewer of them in there right?

Because they commit so much crime, not even a skewed legal system can fully keep them out of prison, despite every attempt by the liberals to do so.

They commit half the murders, nearly all of the robberies and assaults, most of the rapes etc.

You can argue that attacking him in response to being called a nigger wasn’t warranted, but you certainly can’t say that it’s not his fault. He was looking to start shit so he can’t cry victim.
