I know we have low expectations towards brown subhuman, but if what has so far been claimed is correct, asking if a black man is going to "chimp out" and acting rude is not incitement
 
Surely there is a police force somewhere in some local district that has no problems with their officers calling someone black "a nigger" when he is acting like one. Since Police officers are mostly dealing with niggers in some districts, surely there may be an argument that a justifiably shot person by the police was actually not justified, because the police "had incited him with his presence".

This is a guess since the encounter apparently wasn't recorded (or at least posted in this write-up), but it probably isn't too far off from what he actually said given the contents of his streams, and given his statements online about wanting someone to attack him so he could kill them, combined with the fact that he goes out and does this all the time and is a known figure in his community at this point....

Yeah, I think you could reasonably call it incitement, matter of fact, him going out to DO this sort of thing in the first place can reasonably be called incitement.

Per the thread on Kyle's legal defense, it was established during the trial that Kyle was indeed in the presence of gunfire that was not his own seconds prior to Rosenbaum's death from a "Joshua Ziminski", which happened as he was approaching. So to him it appeared he was being fired upon, which he fled from. Ziminski was also the man handling Rosenbaum that night, and in my opinion instigated the incident.

Warning shots aren't legal, and neither is sucker punching someone in the back of the head.

For a group of people who outwardly hate word games, you sure play them a lot. The guy had openly stated that he wanted to kill someone for threatening him, while going out and provoking people. One might get the idea that his intentions are not exactly pure. I really don't see what that has to do with Charlie Kirk other than you trying to change the subject to something that people are emotional about.

Also, I somehow get the impression you read the first sentence of my post and didn't look at the rest of it.
