The law does not dictate morality, it however does use moral rhetoric as part of the argumentative game to get to a regulated state. The purpose of law is to regulate activity and keep the system functioning in a desired manner by providing do's and don'ts to the regulators and regulated. This distinction is important because legal discussion (especially here) is utterly lousy with moralfaggotry polluting what can otherwise be a valid prediction of the outcome.

Frankly, both parties should be beaten with hammers for different reasons, both related to being retards, but that's a moral statement. The practical response is, as quoted, "both of you are retarded, whoever has the most appropriately underhanded attorney wins."

in a vacuum calling someone a nigger is protected (Shiloh Hendrix would be such an example), but what the court will have to discern is whether he's just some dude exercising his 1st amendment rights or someone using his constitutionally protected speech to incite someone else to break the law.

1. He was out on bail at the time of the incident. You cannot possess a handgun when on bail in Tennessee.
2. Per Tennessee statutes, you cannot claim self-defense if the act was premeditated or if you provoked the encounter for a desired outcome.

Chud is a snow roach that, per his own social media posts, planned to shoot a black person as the big finale and purposely provoked individuals so that he could assault them. Neanderthal Lice Kings always think they are smarter than the average bear.

I'm having some difficulty to think of some scenario where a black man with a gun began acting rude towards a white person and getting attacked for it, then retaliating with deadly force.

Murder of Metcalf? Problem there is that Karmelo Anthony was trespassing and brought a knife on school grounds.

Perhaps this example where the black man was acquitted

Follows same line of events, parties have a verbal dispute, white man charges, gets killed by black man standing his ground
