The flawed retort of "just look at porn lol" also reminisces me back when people complained about sexy characters slowly disappearing in western games in the 2010s by broadening the appeal of videogames "to larger audiences". And Marissa went into a fanfare, a month ago or so, about the Senran x Neptunia crossover supposedly not censored on PS4 but that's certainly due of the game being a Playstation exclusive, and also probably because SK was the poster example of games being screwed by SIE's regulations. His narrative will spin and fit whether and whenever it's beneficial for him and especially his beloved deity Sony.

Dude Senran kagura X Neptunia was made by compile heart. Compile Heart has a pretty well established reputation that they turn out garbage.
You were missing the fact that the people looking over their shoulder complaining about censorship and lamenting that the original creator being vacant at the helm as if it was some watershed moment, missed the larger picture that these games were of such low quality that you could swap out project leads and you get roughly the same outcome regardless of circumstances. These people who makes these games don't care about their output to begin with since the vast majority of the titles have a little over a year in development which isn't enough time to put out a low to mid range game of that scope out of any substantial quality.
Jet Girls didn't fail due to lack of tits nor ass, it failed because the enemy AI wasn't programmed and you could switch to autopilot a minute in for the 60+ races and still come in first. There's only 7 tracks that got reused constantly so there was zero variety in courses. There are so many things wrong with these games on a mechanical level that there's honestly no different than any other game that puts gameplay second. And yes if you have barely non-functional opponents in a game that's a pretty intentional shortcoming.
You dismiss the "go look a porn angle" but if these games are not about the gameplay then it's about fanservice. And if the fanservice is the core and primary reason of the game's existence, then it really is "go look at porn". Because none of the elements you're getting for your $60 is worthwhile and can be found better elsewhere.
I've played though these things, when games put out by Entergram have more care put into them, companies like Idea Factory and Compile Heart really have no excuse to get that low effort especially since they have a wider global audience. They're doing the same shit that other less reputable companies do by fleecing people with these titles. None of the rules imposed by sony had any major effect on them at this point, so you're not seeing them buckle down and actually bother to turn out a quality product.

I'm not posting proof in an open forum about a game platform that is the least secure in terms of online infrastructure and customer data. Why the fuck would I then do the same on reddit and 4chan which can just be easily tracked? You make way too many assumptions
You'll need to get a mod or something if you want to pry that info from my hands because I'm not giving that stuff willingly in a public space. Because even if I was to show evidence I get the feeling that somehow still wouldn't be enough that I've got over 50+ switch games and I'm giving my opinion of these games from a personal standpoint.
And yes visual novels don't take so fucking long to get through. They're text boxes you click through. Most can be done in a little over a half hour, they're not heavy reading at all.
It could if the games in question used them as a crutch to their sole exitance which is all these games that were mentioned, but nothing affected them in the end. At this point if they didn't improve, they're never going to improve.

There's still data from switch screencaps that can tell you system info in much the same way the PS4 and PS5 does.
People go "4chan tracked Shia Lebouf because of a cloud" but it was the data within the photos themselves that gave away info. Nintendo has a ton of stuff locked down for the switch's hardware and software so the user themselves can't see it, but even with info gathering off it still amasses stuff. There's even some games that are retailer specific.
In every instance demanding a license just to shit talk games won't change anything. Because show or don't show I'm still going to do it because I know in my truest heart of hearts I've played the things.

No, with your phone or other camera. The data is called exif data, it can be turned off, removed(like the forums do now) or changed plus switch game cases can't blink secret messages about the owner into the camera. If you're worried about that happening then I'm worried about you and what goes around the game pile.

Difference between a switch screenshot and an altered one is around 44 bytes. So there is good bit of extra data thrown in there.
System will not recognize screenshots that have been changed.

It's essentially a form of virtue signaling, making sure that there's no traditionally beautiful or even attractive women or other sexual content in your game is a way for a developer to signal "we're not like those GAMERGATE type gamers!", it's to let you know who they want to buy their game and who they don't.

It's not that there's nothing inherently wrong with fanservice, the problem is when it becomes the primary point of the game and they forget to make an actual game.
Like Tales of Arise has fan service, but they put an actual game behind it and gave it substance.
