Same, I’ve been loving Crash since I was in kindergarten so this also triggers me timbers.

And again, while the red orb MTXs turned out be benign in DMC5 and actually somewhat worse than the in-game Faust Hat (that could get 100k orbs from one battle in skilled hands), you gotta remember that DMC5’s campaign can be played offline (all in-game unlockables included) without even installing the day one patch, meanwhile, this is an extremely multiplayer-centric game that already required internet for 70% of its unlockables

Well, thing about that Mad Scientist pack being 9900 Wumpa Coins. People did the math and the pack includes a new costume, a new kart, a new decal, a new paint job, and new tires. If you bought all that separately, it would cost 11000 Wumpa Coins. So they actually didn't jack up the price at all. This is just the first time the games gotten a bundle this big and players jumped the gun.

So far, the new grand prix is out and the Wumpa Coin payouts haven't been nerfed, the Pit Stop prices haven't been jacked up, and the MicroTransactions haven't appeared yet. I don't know if I should be relieved that nothing bad's happened or worried that Activision hasn't done anything yet.
 
People found a way to use auto key with PS4 remote play and just leave the game alone on a few specific courses and they get 1k in currency every 45 minutes or so.
 
Aren't all the items in the pit stop cosmetic though?
 
I wish fucking Beenox would quality control their daily/weekly challenges before releasing them. The Grand Prix is more riddled with bugs than your average GRIDS chaser.

online is a trash fire now. seeing three-five warps and clocks used in one game is the norm. my online time just ran out but i wont be coming back until they fix that shit.
