After more than two months since announcing its closure, the infamous lolicon and shotacon forum AllTheFallen has confirmed the cancellation of its closure plans and reopened registrations.

The cancellation of the closure was first hinted in March 24 following an alleged DDosing campaign perpetrated by an unknown third party that seems to have targeted ATF and several other smaller lolicon/shotacon communities after the closure announcement.

Today's registrations reopening pretty much confirms that AllTheFallen will continue operations normally for the foreseeable future.

Now, you might be wondering: Wasn't the owner of ATF being blackmailed? What happened to JohnMolotov and all the information he supposedly stole when he gained access to the ATF servers? And the answer is... nothing? Literally nothing has been said publicly about this alleged intrusion since the announcement back in February, leading some to speculate that it was either a hoax or that the matter has already been resolved privately.

Great news in the ongoing lulsuit "Mercante v. Tarzia"

After fucking around with court ordered discovery too many times, the court had found that Jeff and his lawyer, the infamous social media lawyer Ron Coleman, had fucked around TOO much and ordered Rule 37 Fees to be paid by Jeff to Alyssa, TWICE. These fees are to be paid to an opposing party in case of discovery violations requiring additional work.

As usual, Ron has failed to submit his objection in a timely manner, objecting two days after the deadline.
