However, there are many factors that might mitigate the overall verdict. Chris' mental state, the results of the rape kit, Barb's testimony (if she's even fit to attend trial at all) and Chris' past criminal history, and let me tell you- that last one ain't looking good as far as him not being a menace to society is concerned.
 
One thing about Chris the way he acted in court, if they HAD granted him bond and he would've paid it do you think Chris would've tried to go to EverFree NorthWest? Like would he have tried to go with his original plan of travelling in the van? Also, were the plane tickets cancelled when he was arrested?
I mean it would've been interesting if he tried to go only to be turned away at the door.

It establishes a pattern. Actually a lot of what Chris has done is illegal like forcefully kissing men, especially that 16 year old. Forcefully touching women.

Take a moment to look at a picture of Ted Bundy. Then look at a picture of Chris. It’s not a comparable situation. Anyway, Bundychu knew the woman he married before he was caught.

I don't have the citation, but Chris did mention that he went to a seminar on how to take care of elders with dementia. I suspect that is when the doctor signed him up as a social security paid aide to Barb. Double dipping on the tugboat... and that might be proof that he had a caretaker role, making the sex double nasty legally. Alzheimers is a different story. That we don't have any indication of.

Oh, don't give me that, you know perfectly well that every serial killer has fangirls, no matter how many women he raped and killed. They are basically weens who want a piece of their infamy and Chris had abundance of those even before his arrest.

I wish there was going to be a live feed or video of the hearings and trial. Seeing the reactions of the court stenographer during Chris' outbursts and everything Chris says will be priceless.

I have a feeling that chris is going to get pissed off at the judge for calling him a sir (like with the game stop court case). i think he's more likely to get to have a 'tism outburst during the case over this.
 
Looking forward to reading about more autistic outbursts about needing to urgently return home to his Transformers and Legos
